Sometimes that happens, you should keep placing some good bets hoe next time you'll win something with the free bets. Sometimes strange things happen as in that match where it became hard for Brazil to win against Morocco. I agree, a draw between the Netherlands and Japan is one thing, but a draw between Spain and Cap Verde?!? These results have ruined tickets for a lot of people. Weak teams don't go to the World Cup. From this start, it's clear there will be plenty of surprises.

Now I'm watching the Belgium-Egypt match and I thought Belgium would easily win, but it's the 52nd minute and Belgium is losing 1-0!!!

Even sure bets like yesterday’s Spain game or the Switzerland vs. Qatar match don’t pay off and ruin the bets. I’ve never experienced this to such an extent at a World Cup before, even though there are usually quite a few draws in the group stage matches.

I hope my luck with betting improves a bit in the next rounds; so far, it’s been a total write-off.

Yesterday every single game was a tie and I saw many people creating bet slips with a tie for all games, all with crazy odds especially for the games like Spain and Cape Verde

Those losses show us that sometimes our luck really doesn't works and even in such matches we can lose our bets. In World Cup it's really tough to get a correct bet because every team tries their best to save their reputation. I believe the ones who placed their bets in favor of Germany were lucky because a match where a team like Germany is against a team like Curaçao is a sure win. However, in situations where both teams come with good experience it becomes harder to decide that which one is going to win the match.
