Yes, I just noticed it too, it seems that they have updated their UI/UX for a better user experience to all of us. I haven't noticed though any changes as far as speed goes. I don't have a good internet connection, and I've used VPN to access the site but everything load smoothly.

One good trick is to find out if the Rewards Center doesn't work on other browsers or devices, too.
