When someone self-excludes, the platforms do not unlock their accounts without the user's permission until the players do so. However, they can send various types of emails. Are you sure that your account is automatically unblocked and they are not responding when you message them? Maintaining the self-exclusion issue is entirely up to the player because if you are too addicted to gambling, you can block your account on one platform and gamble on another. Anyway, the set is completely your personal matter, but can you prove that you did not receive any response by messaging Bitz? If you have any evidence that they have treated you unfairly, then report it directly with evidence. Any allegation without any evidence is completely pointless.
For some reason, you are taking Bitz’s side. The responsible gaming policy consists of rules that apply to all platforms—they are a requirement of the license.
I am not taking Bitz's side. Post what happened to you with evidence, if it is true, I will definitely take your side. This forum never supports any scam. Maybe you have made a big loss due to which you are a little overexcited. If you think what happened to you was unfair. Then in that case, post here with all the evidence or open a Scam Association. If you just post here without any evidence, no one will believe it, That's what I said.
I provided a link above to the resolution of my case on the reputable arbitration platform Casino Guru. All the evidence is there. Have you read it? There is also a thread here regarding my situation.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5592808.0In short, the situation is as follows: 1. At the time I was playing on the casino’s website, there was no responsible gambling policy in place. 2. According to global gambling industry standards and the terms of the casino’s license (Anjouan), the casino is OBLIGATED to permanently block any user who declares a gambling addiction—meaning they must not accept any further deposits from that individual. 3. Bitz unblocked my account just 5 minutes after I requested it, and I subsequently lost $1,800. 4. Under global standards and the requirements of its license, the casino is obligated to provide access to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service. The casino refuses to provide me with this information. 5. Bitz has ignored the complaints I filed via Casino Guru and Casino Meister.

Blocking players who have declared an addiction is not just a casino’s prerogative—it is an explicit obligation under the terms of their license. Furthermore, it is impossible to unblock such a player. Bitz only did this so that an addicted player would lose their money. Take a look at reviews for the casino on Trustpilot or AskGamblers, and you will see that I am not the only one experiencing these issues.
