I don't think if gambling company would really need to educate anyone on gambling, expecially the beginners. Gambling companies need people that will patronize them. and the more people lost, the more they gain. They don't care if you get addicted all what they want is for you to keep gambling. What gambling company can warn you is that gamble responsibly and you should be 18 years and above. Teaching them about self control and others will helps them to stay away from gambling but that will depends on how they will wants to learn it. If they underestimate what we tells to them, they will not learn anything and that means, they will becomes addicted gamblers.
