Actually, I only know admin Eva, never heard about admin Aria. But I have tried to reach admin Eva with this question, but I did not have any response. Maybe it is due to the fact that there are a lot of inquiries from different users, but I have been waiting for a couple of weeks now and still don`t have any clue how to use this cash back and where even look for it in my profile.

Admin Aria is typically the one in-charge with support on the casino. I believe admin Eva is knew hired or assign on different department but Admin Aria helps me a lot on telegram and support chat back when live support is still available on the blackjack.fun



@blackjack.fun when you will bring back the live support since I remember you are still using the ticket type of support which all concerns is sent through email.

That's a very cool offer. I'll definitely need to spend a lot more time in BJF again to understand all the little things about it you can do. So I would be writing a guide, but most of it would be guessing with trial.

AFAIK, they have a freeroll tournament before on blackjack using their house blackjack. This is the exact issue which @Jackpotracer keeps emphasizing on his long dispute against blackjack.fun but the rest is what you mention competition.

I believe the guide he plans to create is the rewards system, when you will receive rewards and where it will go/what’s the requirements before you can claim the prize since tournament prize has a wagering requirements.

Self-explanatory but not complete. For example, it doesn't say that the prize you win is a bonus, which needs wagering. It was 70x when I was last active, not sure about it now, if I check my last messages, it doesn't seem to really say.

Then again if you check now it says prize is "Main Wallet" so does this mean it's no longer a bonus? I guess so, but if you're a new player, would you know what Main wallet and Bonus wallet means?

And it doesn't list a prize for Weekly Biggest Win or Weekly Biggest Multiplier anymore.

So I'm kinda just guessing what these are, I wouldn't say everything is self explanatory. I could be wrong, but this is what I mean, one shouldn't need to search high and low for that info.

And see questions from @bitbollo. There's no information to find about Jack token... I would love to know too!

You can only purchased the Jack token on the Blackjack.fun website IIRC since it’s not yet listed on DEX and even CMC since it’s not yet marked as “done” on their roadmap.

All the features of Jack token is still not available since the tournaments and other planned program related to Jack token is not yet implemented. You can only use the token on betting in all games in blackjack.fun for now.
