I tried accessing my account today and it said banned. I talked to live chat and person I talked to was way too mean to me. My account probably one of the oldest. I did not personally like the way support responded to me considering I am a old player

I still don't understand why the team abruptly terminated their signature campaign after launching it successfully. They had the coolest avatar and their signature was looking promising. I don't think it will be right to continue why the team stopped the signature campaign but it is questionable as they are still considering other promotions.

As per my understanding, a signature campaign gives more results than a prediction campaign. The team should reflect on the outcome of the signature campaign they started earlier and evaluate it with the prediction campaign. I am sure they will find a substantial decrease in their profits.

It is just my opinion and I am responsible for what I wrote.

I still don't understand why the team abruptly terminated their signature campaign after launching it successfully. They had the coolest avatar and their signature was looking promising. I don't think it will be right to continue why the team stopped the signature campaign but it is questionable as they are still considering other promotions.

As per my understanding, a signature campaign gives more results than a prediction campaign. The team should reflect on the outcome of the signature campaign they started earlier and evaluate it with the prediction campaign. I am sure they will find a substantial decrease in their profits.

It’s simple, they are not getting results to the amount they are spending. Surely, Blackjack.fun is popular in the forum in terms of awareness but probably that doesn’t convert to caino profit by driving new players to play.

This is completely dependent upon the gambling site as to how they want to market their site, how much fund they want to spend and in which way. I'm surprised to see some notable users still wearing their Blackjack.fun signature even after the campaign has ended. It makes me wonder what kind of contracts or agreements might they have.

I believe the budget is big role in the success of signature campaign. It's challenging to invest more money only to see little or no results. Active signature campaigns we see today like stake.com, duelbits, metawin and bc.game is not only have big budget but also they see it effect. Yes, their contest is still running, every week there is always a new contest launched. The allocation may not be as big as the signature campaign, and they can still maintain it to run longer.
Regarding the signature campaign, surely they are reviewing the progress they get. Whether or not it will be by the allocation they spend.
I am sure they are not having serious problems with finances. Hopefully, the signature campaign will come back again.

There is nothing to be suprised in context to a gambling website. They do hire those individuals who are either the best in gambling related discussion or are part of the promoting once since the initial days of casino promoting themselves.

I don't believe a casino that comes up after a false, accusations with a signature campaign and then abruptly stops it. I believe the marketing team doesn't have the balls to continue with it as they believe prediction contest will be good for their marketing.

I also don't believe that they were not happy with the results. They were doing it quite well since most of the participants were being paid in their casino account.

As for me I will be tempted to use thier casino after I got paid from the campaign. Perhaps you and Blackjack.fun would consider adding some other type of prediction contents besides the "predict the minute of the first goal" for the fun of it. I know you sometimes expend the contests by asking players to also guess the final score. A final score contest could perhaps be the only one without needing to guess the goal minutes. Another example is guessing the goal scorer. All correct answers are collected and you draw a winner, lottery style, using a random and provably fair tool.

Mostly that's a bad sign that somebody tried to access your account. Hopefully your email is safe, maybe you should consider making a new password at your email as well, just to be on the safe side cause you never know. If somebody used this reset option it only makes sense if this individual also has access to your email. I mean, don't want to paint the devil on the door but it's better the be safe than sorry.
Hopefully it's just an error from blackjack.fun but since you can never be 100% of that I guess it's fair to secure your stuff before something happens.
