Facts. It doesn't take 6 months to investigate anything, what are they waiting for? Sometimes they might need one month to check logs and third party informations since there are different timezones, times to answer, the need of personal to go and check everything. But in 6 months it's just delaying until the user gives up or they are using the money as a free loan. If you give them that much time without complaining they will take it.

You are right, even in less than 1 hour the case can be resolved but if the case is related to match fixing then it will take months because of the lack of evidence well here we don't know what the problem. In such a situation, the admin should continue to provide updates regarding the case so that users are not confused yeah at least he can monitor the progress or maybe this is their way of keeping quiet so that users forget about the case   Come on this is the right time to change the service mode to get a good reputation.

You’re absolutely right. When a casino’s customer support is fast and efficient, it adds big points to their reputation. No matter how good the platform is or how big the promotions are, if the support is slow or useless, many players will definitely lose interest.

On the other hand, if the service quality is excellent — quickly resolving issues, responding politely, and being genuinely helpful — we’re more likely to stay and remain loyal to the platform.

I doubt they forgot the forum since they are very active here for a long time.

Now that they brand which needs more marketing presence they started to suddenly become inactive here to the forum. Seems they don’t want discussion about their move.

I notice that the trading volume of this token is zero while they are offering 30% APY on staking. I curious on the profitability of the token holders in the long run considering there’s no one buying it while there’s a consistent token mint through staking.

Are the casino staff busy with a long-awaited rebranding? The update three months ago was left unattended, so some people may not know that Blackjack has been rebranded to Rollhub.

I don't know if they are serious about it or not, but I hope they will return to this BitcoinTalk forum and make changes to this thread so that it will be more impressive than being left unattended.

I don't know why they would leave Bitcointalk. They used to invest a lot of money here in promotion, but now it's practically all gone down the drain. Many casinos started from here, now they are globally known brands. I wouldn't underestimate the power of the Bitcointalk community.

It's a bit hard to guess how it works and what they are planning, if we think they left Bitcointalk of course not, but if we think they don't care yes that's true because there is no more effort to solve the problem from here or just to clarify. I also think users from the forum are slowly leaving this casino moreover they no longer offer anything interesting and I don't see their username in the competition list, yeah it's a shame that everything has to end after what they did a few years ago.

i can't believe they have not changed a single thing since then, lol.
the day they made the change, they made it sound like there would be a lot of updates, but nope, they just changed the logo + domain, and that was it.

In the past, there was a "become an investor" button on their website and now, it's staking. I just clicked on that button and everything was same as when it was called "become an investor".

The funny thing is that there's an icon next to the the "staking" button saying it's a new feature while it's only the name that has been changed.

If you go to staking and scroll down, you will see a statement saying "Receive hourly rewards based on your staked amount".

You’re right that they offer carbon copy feature than before. I forgot to mentioned that they increased APY from 15% to 30% now using their RHUB token which is a great profitable improvement but I’m not buying it considering the risk involved on holding their tokens.

My VIP manager is already not replying to my inquiries about the tokens feature so I will skip playing for now until they come back alive again in the forum.

they now are giving 30% APY on their token, but i don't think anyone would care even if they offer 60% or 100%, the token has less than $300k market cap and virtually zero trading volume.
they should focus more on the casino side istead if trying to revive a dead token.

This is accurate since I do play here when they are still offering Blackjack games.

The timing of rebranding is what seems questionable because they upgraded and introduced more games few years ago already while they decided to rebrand after introducing their tokens that seems not performing well.

I play a lot on this casino before so I hope everything is fine on their end because that 30% APY offer is something risky in the long run if they don’t have much active players to generate profit.

These kinds of things are not too surprising in Blackjack, I mean on one hand they offer something good but on the other hand they offer a joke so you can make a choice. As you said no one is interested in the 26 RHUB promo this is clearly a waste of time, whereas it would be better if they implemented it based on VIP level. From my past experience, they provided free balances and many interesting promotions, but unfortunately this was misused by users so they are deterred and make the rules more difficult and unreasonable.
