Each person will really be that different on which at the time that you will really be dealing up with something then there are those individuals who will really be that learning something by themselves on which they dont really like on finding up some mentor to teach them on which this is something ideal, but having a mentor isnt that bad also because on the time that you will really be learning up something and needing up some bit push forwards then its not that bad to have this aspect. You're right. Someone can be successful without a mentor. It is not impossible to learn independently to gain knowledge. Also, over time we can gain sufficient experience as well. In crypto investment, I have some friends who can be successful with self-taught. They have no mentors, they are learning everything their selves. Don't undermine the importance of mentorship, as much as I do not agree with those who believe mentorship is necessary before one can be great, I equally disagree with your tone that mentorship is not important. I like to balance the two as some people indeed need mentorship and I have seen many prominent figures name their mentors and some even added that they wouldn't have been successful without the person's mentorship. Just the same way I've seen enough interviews where people calimed they are successful without any role model or a mentor. It's all about our person, some people are so determined and creative, while others are not but need to be taught, pushed and motivated.
