Is there something wrong with your weekly tournament leaderboard? I was on 2nd position yesterday with 77x, just checked again few minutes ago but I'm no longer on the leaderboard. Yesterday there were 4 users on the leaderboard but now, there are 2 only. Any reason why did you remove 2 users (including me) from the leaderboard? Below is the proof of my 77x bet which made me on the leaderboard since 2 days ago:

I feel bad I didn’t know about the ongoing multiplier tournament on the site. I played in this casino and noticed that there are only a few games I can play since most games, like Evolution and Pragmatic are blocked in my country.

Thank you for fixing it before the end of the tournament as I'm a bit worrying if you do not read my post on time, but I think you will also fix it although if you notice my post after the tournament end. By the way I see you have new tournament with €12,500 prizepool, €10k for wager race and the other €2500 for raffle. The reward breakdown for the wager race is clear but for the raffle is still confusing for me because I see #1 250 only for the raffle. Does it mean that there will be 10 winners for the raffle @€250 each?

Edit: found it on the terms of the tournament, yes it is €250 each for 10 raffle winners.

@Casinopunkz, I’m experiencing lag or delays on your slot games despite I have high speed internet and tried same game on other casino. Only on your casino makes every spin delay result especially the turbo mode that sometimes force me to reload the page.

Your casino seems nice aesthetically, but a few problems:

- You have 'Instant' in your website name, but my withdraw has been pending for the last 4 hours
- You mention '24/7' live chat, but for the last 4 hours the chat has been unavailable

I am not sure where do they claim the "instant" thing but their withdrawal seems to be processed manually and may take up to 24 hours imho. I have made 2x withdrawal and all were processed within 12 hours in average.

- Same as user above, there's lag in all slots

I thought it was my only problem but seems that the issue is on the site since there are at least 3 users now who are reporting about the lag on the slot games. It loads slower than most other casinos, maybe they need to upgrade their server to make it better. Currently they have not many users but the lag make players feel uncomfortable, how if there are hundreds or even thousands active players? The lag will be worse than the recent lag.

Well they need to look at this situation if they want to get the trust of people. having this instant withdrawal feature always impress gamblers compare if they do those things manually. Experience a casino who do that manual withdrawals and feel suspicious about those process they do. Now the casino turn scam and never tried to gamble on a casino which doesn't process their withdrawals automatically.

For now KYC is not a concern for people since I think majority know that its normal for new casino not to ask KYC, but people need to be aware that once this casino became a big player in the market and have lots of costumer for sure that they will be forced to implement this since maybe regulators would provably ask them to do that thing.

Typical problem of new casino that offers generous promotion and tournaments. I just check the casino and they have a very good prize pool with their contest and tournament while only few users is just active on betting.

My speculation about this casino is they are relatively new that’s why they have under employment to monitor the casino 24/7. They implement also a manual approval for withdrawal for safety purposes to avoid potential on their promotions while they are still inactive since they can’t cover the casino most of the time.

Perhaps your withdrawal will be cancelled due to exceeding the daily withdrawal limit (if my guess is correct about your withdrawal amount) and they will ask you to create new request that no more than the limit.

Didn't see those terms, not a good look to have limits like that. No they haven't answered any support email. At this point I don't know if it's better to cancel the withdraw and make a new one within the limit or not. That part of the ToS mentions it is because of security reasons in case of an account breach (...), so they could just answer any of the emails I sent confirming it's me.

It can be very discouraging for many gamblers to have to wait for response from support when they have issues, but that's an inevitable action to take if you really want serious issues resolved. On Issues, some casino's are very quick with how they respond and handle complaints because the management invested properly into a goodservice team to sort complains quickly. Some casinos are still limited in that aspect, and they workload is too much for the available service team that can handle those sort of complains, so response time is longer.

Your casino seems nice aesthetically, but a few problems:

- You have 'Instant' in your website name, but my withdraw has been pending for the last 4 hours
- You mention '24/7' live chat, but for the last 4 hours the chat has been unavailable
- Same as user above, there's lag in all slots
4 hours to wait is not a problem. There might be network problem or it is congestion of the transaction. There are sometimes we wait for 24hours for transaction to confirm. Mostly when we doing internal transfer from exchange to exchange which is in normal days when network is good and there is no congestion, it is just within 5 minutes interval, we have received the coins. So I still huge you to wait patiently if you have not received it till now and can only lay the complain tomorrow. I just checked the website and see if what you said is in the website but it is not. There is no where I saw instant withdrawal in the casino. But the livechat button ✅ is not clicking I don't know if they have another link on that but you can only send message to the live support customer service.
