It's really hard to answer, but I can only speculate that it could have been the wagering requirements.

In my case though, when I try to withdraw and then it's like 30 minutes and nothing has happened, I usually talk to the support staff and asked what keeps my withdrawal being hold. And then after a few minutes, my withdrawal will go thru and will be in the pending mode.

I had a withdrawal rejected , after few minutes wait thouhgt not seven hours like happened to Bitinity, and receiced the exact same on-site short message they sent him as well. I encounter this same issue before and the problem is the wagering requirements on my deposit. Same as yours, I’m sure that I wager more than x2 of my deposit but still encounter the problem.

I contact support and wager a couple more bucks until I manage to successfully withdraw my funds. You should ask for quick withdrawal approval on live support whenever you initiate withdrawal if you want an almost instant withdrawal.

It has nothing to do with the monthly leaderboard prize since I requested my withdrawal hours before the monthly leaderboard ended. Also, as long as I know, the prize for their leaderboard contests are all wager free which means that there will not be any issue to withdraw the prize directly without playing it.

Sama happens to me on my first tournament.

I got overtake over 7-8 place, at the time my self was sleeping. IMO, you should keep open or do some fresh cash in the site 1 hour to 30 mins before the tournament want to ended. Cause they will boosting the points, especially if the points not really needed lot money.
