There could be many reasons, but what I think is that casinopunkz is trying to improve and increase their popularity in the Indonesia region hence the reason why they are restricting it to only the Indonesian Local board to encourage participation from locals.

Maybe Casinopunkz chose our local (Indonesia) to double this raffle because this is the way from roycilik or indeed an initiative from casinopunkz itself.

Well, as far as I know there isn't any minimum deposit requirement. You can deposit whatever amount you feel. I would suggest though, checking if there is some deposit bonus up and running. Especially if this is your first deposit.

AFAIK I only experience that cloudfare verification when I’m using VPN so there’s a possibility that he is using VPN app in the background to access the casino which is allowed by Casinopunkz since this is a VPN friendly casino.

The use of multiple browser with same cloudfare verification failed gives me the idea that sheenshane is right with her assessment on this user problem.
