I think the point comes back to each individual's perspective, and in this situation, when there are suspicious indications of large deposits or withdrawals, I believe casinos have the right to carry out some verification because this relates to the integrity of their gambling business so that they don't have problems in the future.

I think this approach is not right because you never know when you will win big and then all of sudden you will need to do KYC and at that time the casino has all the full rights to reject your KYC purposefully so that they do not have to pay you.

Also regarding your second point that if you deposit big, you will be able to withdraw it without any problem that's not always the case. You never know that when such a casino will demand for the KYC to withdraw your own money.
