Betby is the most popular odds provider in the crypto gambling industry. Still, there are a good number of other odds providers too. You may follow this thread to have an idea about it.
Thanks for pointing me to your thread, I missed this thread, and now know which providers are for sportsbook, apparently Betby is most widely used in forum casinos.

That's the reason most gambling platforms have KYC terms; sometimes the casino is not interested in implementing KYC, but they are forced to do so due to regulations and providers. So far providers also sometimes flag accounts, and the platform then takes the necessary step, including asking for KYC. So unless it is a fully non-KYC casino, then the platform would ask for KYC according to the terms.
Although in the title without KYC but in the ToS there is another rule where KYC can be requested at any time, for me this is not strange and is common in some casinos, because it is time for such rules, meaning that we should not be surprised to be asked for KYC it is a certainty if we get problems from our betting activities.

It’s technically not 100% No KYC if you read the terms. The problem on your account was it’s flagged by sportsbook provider so the casino is obligated to do the normal procedure which is to ask KYC and verify everything since there’s an accusation on your account due to betting behavior.

I doubt you will be asked for KYC if your betting behavior doesn’t make sportsbook provider flag it.

I have an account here since last year that still doesn’t undergo KYC even though I play every week. KYC is highly dependent on your betting behavior.

Yes, this information is available on the T&C page, specifically at point 6. Things that trigger KYC ''gambling activity reaches a certain threshold'' or ''suspicious activity''
There is almost no way for a Casino/Sportsbook to exclude KYC especially if they have a License because this is an international regulation, it's just that the way of implementing it is different. In some Casinos/Sportsbooks users must complete KYC level 1 first before being allowed to create a new account while here all users can have an account without KYC, even playing in normal mode.

Yet many user that involved on sportsbook provider investigation attack the casino tag line as no KYC without reading the ToS.

I think they truly knew the ToS terms by reading it since they already have multiple casino account so it’s impossible to overlooked on that important the documents.

The problem is they are using it as reason to get out to the fact that the sportsbook provider limit them due to their betting behavior.

Indeed, NO KYC doesn't mean 100% the casino won't ask in the future. So I don't trust that statement either because it is different from their ToS.

Even though we say that it was stated in the terms, they should stop advertising NO KYC casinos because gamblers are expecting it. It is no different from offering huge rewards that never happen in the end.

I'm glad to see casinos that promote KYC on their front page rather than hiding it and then using "not reading the terms" as an excuse. Sorry but I don't think it is fair.

It's not entirely Punkz's fault because sportsbook provider Betby suspected the betting behavior until it became a long investment and then Punkz casino asked for KYC according to their rules.

I agree, a casino that advertise itself as "No KYC" should be 100% no KYC.

Mandatory KYC in some circumstances is just the standard of this industry. Nothing different from every other casino.

But is the e-mail requesting KYC really legit? Is KYC really on Punkz.com TOS?

This has become a common standard in crypto gambling, KYC will be required in certain circumstances especially when problems come, you are right other casinos are no different.

But is the e-mail requesting KYC really legit? Is KYC really on Punkz.com TOS?
Yep KYC is already listed in the Punkz ToS.

If you do not or cannot provide us with such information then we may suspend Your Account until you have provided us with such information or permanently close Your Account. If after verifying your identity it results that your account details do not match, we reserve the right to immediately close or suspend Your Account and any winnings and bonuses will be confiscated and depending on circumstances any remaining balance of the deposit returned.

NO KYC at crypto casinos in today's age simply means that you won't be required to verify your identity and enter personal details when you sign up. That's what you have to do when you register on standard fiat casinos. They will ask you to verify both your identity and address. With off-shore crypto casinos, that requirement may or may not take effect later, If the casino or its partners consider it necessary. There are very few true no-KYC casinos in 2026.

Exactly that. Unfortunately casino sites advertise with this slogan, despite not actually being true. It's a bit deceptive I would say since obviously people see a "no KYC" banner as what it stands for, you are not required to go through KYC, meaning you don't have to share your identity. Most of us appreciate our privacy so many would see this as fake advertisement, which I would agree with. That's why I ALWAYS rad the TOS of a site, at least for some words I am searching for. Just to make sure that something that's advertised isn't suddenly showing up in the rules.

Well common for them to use that reasoning that they don't actually require when signing up. Then KYC will be triggered only if there's certain condition will get hit and this is really deceptive actions done by the casino.

That's why its good to pay close attention on those actions they do then read their TOS to avoid getting misinformed about what they implement in their casino. Maybe they don't know that people here actually don't like those deceptive marketing antics. People will approach them more better if they are transparent on what they implement than faking this situation.

That’s the problem of the assumption compared to what the casino meant on their marketing for No KYC since everything is available on the ToS.

I agree that we shouldn’t use No KYC as marketing tag line rather a KYC friend or some sort that still indicates that there’s still KYC but on very limited event only and not in general requirements for everyone.

However, most of the user that requires KYC so far are those involved on investigation that suggested by the sportsbook provider.

Hi, since you refer to Punkz as in "we" I suppose you work for them, or are an owner?

I asked Punkz twice per email how my documents will be stored and with whom they will be shared, but received no answer in 3 days waiting.

I want to know the answer first before I send them my docs. Can you please ask them to respond to my email, or tell me the answer here?

Thanks

Neither Beparanf nor ultrloa are owners or employees of Punkz.com. At least not to my knowledge. Beparanf wears a Punkz.com signature. I assume that he is a participant of Punkz's signature campaign, just like me.

I suggest that you look for this information on the website and read the Privacy Policy carefully. That document covers everything related to your personal data.
