I've already tried contacting support, sending emails, and nothing so far. Beware. $150 is a very small amount. How much is your deposit and how much you have wagered before you tried to withdraw? Since you do not give any other information about the case, I guess is that it is about 1x wager requirement to withdraw your money. As shown in the screenshot, some withdrawals requests are cancelled, are they cancelled by the system or you cancelled it yourself (maybe because you are not patient enough to wait)? Of course $150 is small amount only and I believe there are many users especially from this forum who have successfully withdrawn much bigger amount without any issue. What the live support say to you, is there any reason given why your withdrawal is not processed?

Panjul’s request is reasonable as you need to provide more details and explain why the previous withdrawal requests were canceled/rejected. Withdrawals are all in SOL (Single Soles). It's understood that it was 0.7 SOL. I myself canceled and redid the withdrawals. They just say it will be analyzed and processed. It's been 4 days.

Surprised to read this as I deposited and withdrew several times from Punks without any problems and without having to submit my identity, just few hundreds bucks each to be clear, so it is unespected to me; it is also true that my experience dates back to a couple of months ago when they still were named CasinoPunkz but beside rebranding to Punkz nothing changed in terms of ownership and management as far as I know.

I get where you're coming from SquirrelJulietGarden, and it's true that most issues do get sorted. That said, I’ve encountered plenty of situations where users hit snags because they didn’t fully grasp the withdrawal terms - especially the bonus playthrough requirements. It’s pretty common for delays to occur if, say, you've claimed a bonus and haven’t met the wagering criteria. Always worth double-checking those T&Cs before expecting a payout.
