The live chat works, but you have to play around with the categories as it tries to see if it can solve your problem with pre-generated content. Ideally, choose options that best suit your problem.

I haven't used the mobile version but usually they do have the other toggle options for us to use, maybe there's one in you and see if it's also going to work in your mobile. I guess that even if there are some restrictions depending on the geolocation, it's possible to toggle with that option for the theme to be changed.

I don't know what the toggle option is called. But what do you mean, it is possible to change the theme through it? I am using both mobile app and web version. There theme is the same, no changes (as I have given the picture). But change everything in his account theme and navigation option. So I think he is in the wrong place. And I think he already realizes that.

Absolutely agree. In fact, I would say this has been the standard for years, and I'm not just talking about gambling websites but online businesses in general.

BTW, is it actually an AI chatbot? from my experience it appears to be just a regular chat bot with pre-generated selection and answers. While AI would be more flexible. Though, to be honest, I prefer the regular one since there's still an off chance that AIs could give wrong answers like chatgpt.
