is the fiat withdrawals slow? Just trying to withdraw $12 in my local currency. I wish they bring back just like in the past where you can withdraw in other cryptocurrency.

Withdrawal in fiat currency does not take much time but is completed within 3-5 minutes. But I don't know in which geographical place you live. And in 1win, the amount of withdrawal has been determined by state. For example: Fiat currency in my country is equivalent to 8 USD and USDT is minimum 15. But the problem could be solved very easily if explained more clearly.

Depending on what payment method you are using and where you live in the world, $12 could prove to be quite a small amount that's not worth it. If you are withdrawing it to a bank account, you have to account for bank fees. It's better if you send the money to a digital wallet like Skrill or Neteller (not sure what 1win supports). Again, if you plan to move this money from there into a bank account, we are back to the usually expensive bank transaction fees.

I suppose that's a fair comment, $12 can be swallowed up by fees but it depends on the route you are taking.  Although you may not make any withdrawals to a bank in the first place but by using wallets such as Skrill or Neteller,  when you do decide to transfer to your bank, those charges will still catch up with are you.

I believe it boils down to planning the path for withdrawal very well. If a person is actually trying to withdraw a small amount, it may be wise to either build up a little more before withdrawing the money,  or to use other methods that the charges is less in your area. AFAIK, with what I've seen in the past there could be problems in particular countries if it's with the fiat withdrawals. And with that $8, it's not a lot to process and there might be no problem with the actual platform but it goes with the receiving platform. They usually flag transfers that are coming from a casino and with fiat transactions, they can be tracked and that platform might be the one that delays it.

OP, 1Win casino I know have not had any issues since I know them even here on this platform we've not seen much complaints about their services because they are up and doing and would not allow any of their member go through difficultly when they can easily solve their problems. But I am very sure since the customer support has told you to wait they are possibly looking for a possible and convenient means of withdrawal for you.
However you can still reach them out through this platform and I believe that would be very much easier and faster since the complaints is coming out from the platform the second time I  believe it would be given the urgency it requires while speeding up the case for you. Based on my personal experience and seeing what some friends who use 1win have said, we've never had this type of problem, but I don't believe your money will be withdrawn. Just be patient and keep writing to them until a solution is provided.

Of course, can you choose another cryptocurrency to withdraw your funds? It's a problem when you can't access your account, or when there's an option to withdraw using another currency, but they won't let you. That's not the case.

Well, let's first admit that 1win has made a mistake allowing a user play games and win in a currency that the casino doesn't support for withdrawals, how is the system programs and what are or were the developers thinking in the first place?
This is like the casino allowing me to deposit in bitcoin and they allow me to indirectly convert same bitcoin to Naira (for example) so I can better know how I am spending those bitcoin while gambling, and in the process of gambling, I win let's say 1 million naira or more which is a huge sum of money and upon requesting withdrawal, the casino comes up with the excuse that naira isn't supported on their platform and I can't withdraw in that..

Question is..
1. Why allow me gambling and win in a currency the casino does not support withdrawal in?
2. You indirectly converted my bitcoin to naira for easier tracking and calculation I guess, what now stops you from indirectly converting same naira winnings back to bitcoin so I can withdraw peacefully?

If the user deposited in LTC and the casino allowed him to spend that in Euro, they should simply allow him withdraw same Euro winning in LTC, they should stop giving flimsy excuses.
