Obviously, claims alone aren’t enough; they have to provide valid evidence. And even if they contact support and provide screenshots that only show the chat history regarding their complaint, that’s still not enough. After all, anyone can claim that a casino is cheating and so on. For example, I could go to a forum, find the Ann Casino thread, and immediately accuse them of being scammers.
The casino certainly won’t respond to people who complain but don’t provide evidence, and usually, when someone’s account is suspended or something similar happens, the casino will verify the situation and provide a reason. Often, people aren’t aware of the mistakes they’ve made that caused problems with their accounts.
That's right and the forum is not where customer support will be given to users, at least it is not a main place for customer support. Complaints, accusations need to be given with details to make it looks "valid" but surely valid or not, it needs to be verified by the casino too.
There are many scam accusations from newbies against casinos, not only against 1win, finally were proven as invalid. It's not strange fact about newbies' scam accusations in this forum, but I don't conclude that if a newbie makes a scam accusation, it's automatically invalid. Evidence is important and needs to be provided in the scam accusation thread/ post.
And if we notice, the accusations that come in Ann's casino thread are mostly from newly created accounts. It's rare that I see a well-known account here complaining about something, especially when it comes to scams. And even if there are casinos that are proven to be fraudulent, they won't have a place here and if they do organize signature campaigns, we know what happens to the accounts that participate in those campaigns.
In fact, if we think about it, people who have been playing at a casino for a long time will definitely complain first when the casino they are playing at is indeed fraudulent, but what happens, most of the people who come are newbies who come directly with accusations.
I myself will not take the side of the casino, because if they really cheat, it could be me too who becomes a victim, so our judgment is all objective.
