Since he isn't active anymore, I guess he finally got his case resolved. But, even if the accuser don't bother himself to update after solving his dispute, the casino representative should update here about what happened exactly or at least explain why the case was or wasn't resolved. The community has the right to know updates about cases that touch the reputation of the casino they trust with their money. If no updates, anybody will be aware that of he will be in a problem with casino he might not get a response as expected. This is what we call responsive community manager.
As mentioned above, it seems that this thread will remain silent after the end of the signature campaign. But not only users stop interacting here, but also casino representatives.
The representative account of 1win was last active one month ago and with the end of their signature campaign, it's realistic to think they will not be active here too soon. If their representative is active again, it's good if they write a short note on that user case, even just like "the case was resolved", that is enough. They don't even need to explain and provide too many details, but of course it's better if they do that.
1win spent a lot of money for marketing here and their brand reputation is still good, so I see no considerable positive things so far, perhaps they just turned to be a little bit inactive.
This is the mistake that many casinos committed and now 1win seems to join them. They are responsible and active in the forum as long as their promotional campaigns are running. Once they decide to change the marketing strategy or move to another platform, they start ignoring everything about the community here and even seems not caring that much preserving the good reputation in the forum. That reputation that was built over years and required a huge budget. I am not saying that 1win is a scam casino or that that case should be repaid from the casino because we still have the story from one side, but they have to keep the community updated. Imagine to destroy the reputation just because you are lazy to post few sentence in a public forum.
