1win really hard a good run in terms if the promotions in most aspects of it, their did touched all categories of promotions in the forum, this earn them the presence and visibility they have gained here on bitcointalk,.

It's about what they did in the past, that's good but moving forwards, there are other things to do from 1win and to be concerned by community especially their users.

Allowing the end of their signatures campaign, to make the ANN inactive is not good at least we have some other casinos whose signatures and other promotions ended long ago but yet their mentain a close connection with their community members and actively solving their issues.

I employ  🔵1win team to put in the same efforts to keep the ANN thread active and in a positive light as always.

It's their rights to join here or also to leave this community, it's freedom.

However, they joined here and announced about that with this thread, so if they decided to leave this community, honestly I think they should announce it too. About customer support, it can be at their website, basically it should be there, not here, but again if they planned to leave this forum community either for a while or forever, they can simply write a post to announce that, including how customer support moving forwards will be at their website only.

I can conclude from what you said that you were assigned by the 1win team to moderate the thread? Or is it just a volunteer mission? As I can remember you were a participant in their signature campaign and now you removed the signature and avatar like you want to join another campaign if any. Does this mean you will moderate the thread for 1win and wear an ads banner of another casino? Sorry but something confusing with your status here. Ok please let us know updates from your contact regarding the pending cases published here. I think community is waiting for a trusted answer asap.

I was the campaign participant and was asked to moderate the thread and after the end of the campaign, if there are issue here, I can still forward them to 1win team. That is my position here. Is that clear now. If I see complains here, I will call the attention of 1win support team.

Nice to hear this from you, but I just want know the difference between a thread moderator and a representative, because for me their work is almost the same and now that you are doing the job of submitting complaints to the team makes you an insider already, just hope we get issues resolved through your duties on the ANN thread.

In my own understanding. The person who brought the casino and created the ANN thread in the forum is the representative in the thread. And I have forwarded many complains to them for resolution.

But it rises more questions about the role of the official representative to rely on a volunteering moderator that can even be promoting another competitor casino. It was understood while you were a campaign participant wearing the 1win signature but after you removed the signature, I can't understand your position but a negligence on the part of the representative as he can't follow updates in the ANN without the help of volunteers. No offense and you are doing a great job to help complainers but this somehow justify the unprofessionalism of the official representative. I don't remember another casino doing the same relying on volunteers while they have an official ANN with official representatives.

I believe it's not a problem with the volunteer moderator, but a problem of the official representative being visible. It's great if a member of the community can help by forwarding complaints, particularly if they already have a contact with the team. The issue is that the user relies on that volunteer and the official representative is not usually there. Every ANN thread should be given someone who is officially responsible to answer questions, update the thread and follow up on cases that have not been resolved. Volunteers can be a valuable link but may not be the main link. If that is the case. It appears that the casino isn't devoting enough attention to its own community support.
