I am not sure if this was a rhetorical question, but in case it wasn't: They aren't supposed to give that money to you specifically. As hey are adults, you couldn't withhold their money from them without their legal consent, because otherwise that's just illegal.

I was talking about paid legal guardian for their finances for this purpose. But having that would need to be their choice. Unless that guardian would be fired (which would not happen in a flash), then they would be legally obligated to protect the money from things like impulsive spending. They would be breaking the law if they not keep their client's money safe. So they wouldn't give too much that for gambling.

More I read topics about emotional control, more I believe that this can be learned, mastered, practiced once you have started gambling. Gambling is even not a perfect place where to practice it. Imho everything must have been started from childhood and family, because that is when character is formed. Well, I'd manage my money much better. I think it's better with $5 if I play It wouldn't be every day, either, because for me , $100 is enough money to buy half of my groceries and solve certain things not everything , but something.

This is correct, and I also agree with you, dwyane36. Without someone who is spending money to expect money from gambling, it will be hard for them to continue gambling.
