For gamers I think it's easier psychologically to keep control, I personally consider it as a normal game and not a game of chance, I simply play for the pleasure of playing and not to win.
If I want to earn money I go to work I definitely don't play.
So the goal is only one "try" to win something but with the goal of just playing.

Yeah, I second that. It's easier said than done. When you have the money and the availability to gamble again, you will probably do it, especially if you are on the losing side. A gambler will keep on chasing his losses, and they won't care about discipline anymore when their emotion is filled with negativity. I can say that because I have been there. Luckily, I was able to control it again because I saw how much I lost, although I got lucky one time and got it all back in one free spin.

Ah, this is the right question for me, because my behavior is often inconsistent lol. Sometimes I win a small amount and immediately withdraw, sometimes I win quite a lot, but wait for the target like another $30, before it i made a withdrawal 50% first, but the rest does not increase, it runs out just after waiting that target.

The simple conclusion from what I feel is the fact that emotions play a crucial role in determining when to stop or continue playing. Apart from those who already have the ability to manage their own finances. I personally have a point where I forget to stop when I win. At least, in this condition, I take at least 50% of the winnings and stop.
