Just looked into your challenges page, I'm surprised to see that most challenges come with big minimum bet (mostly starting from $1 to $20).
Only 4 out of 20 challenges with lower minimum bet than $1, does it mean that you are so confident that most of your players are high rollers who like to play slot with bigger minimum bet?
I think it will be better if you have balanced challenges (50:50) so it can attract most of your slot players starting from small-medium-high bankroll players.
Or maybe you may provide on-site multiplier contest so players can compete with other players which I think it will bring more wager traffic than your challenges with high minimum bet.

Also, not all your users' local currency is USD. $1 could already be too much in a single bet for those who live in Asian countries. Instead of having a minimum bet requirement, why not make the reward proportional to the players' bet amount. That way, it removes the barrier of some challenges exclusive only for high-rollers.

Looking at the challenge with 20$ minimum bet, only high-rollers will really attempt to try it. At 1000$ bankroll, that would only be 50 bets.

I'm curious what's going on with your sports betting, as I took a look earlier and it seemed like it could be improved a bit. Guessing you are using some kind of whitelabel solution in a frame, which is fine, but it presents poorly on a desktop screen resolution - it looks like it is primarily targeting mobile users. On a desktop the interface looks very fiddly and covers maybe 40% of the screen space, which might be off putting to some users. It would be great to see you dominating the sports betting space as well, but I know it'll be a long journey to get there. That being said, if you added one or two sports betting promotions (e.g. free bet competitions that you could even host on Twitter) you might generate extra interest and it'd make the site look more "busy".

Always like to see a casino putting effort into a well designed program like this. After reading through the VIP page though, I have a few questions and hopefully you'll be able to help.

1) Rock + Bronze and Titanium + Pearl appear as different categories, but there seems to be no distinguishing factor between the rewards according to the table, I suspect it relates to the next point but might be better to advertise.
2) How does the level of rake back change as you move through the different reward levels? I understand you have reasons for not wanting to publicize it, as it might get tweaked over time, but if it could be shared that would entice more players in.
3) In relation to rake back, there is mention of a "wagering period" and maybe I missed reference to this in other parts of the FAQ but what is the wagering period as it relates to VIP bonus levels - a week, a month, a year?
