What are folks experiences with this crypto casino like generally? Would some of you be willing to send me some of your experiences? I'm compiling a list and writing an article of both the worst and best crypto casinos on the forum and want honest experiences.

MrC

First lf all, dont take any posts serious thats from the shilling trolls of xyes. You ll recognise them by the xyes banners and avatars on their profile. None of them ever made any meaningful bets here rather than 0.001 usd spins and won nothing to withdraw. There are much better and trustworthy casinos with the exact same betting software so recommend you to check the  out instead of this. At least they dont have trolls constantly blaming other bettors of cheating when they can't withdraw their honesty won balances.
In this forum, only 2 people made withdrawals, me and another guy, we both have to wait 30 business days for whatever reason after the withdrawal cos it was "suspicious".
Claiming to be a non kyc casino and then asking for level 4 kyc right after the withdrawal . And when you state that in the forum , you're being called stupid for not reading the terms that they mught as for kyc, but nothing is said for the casino who actually lies about not asking for kyc. And then they erase "no kyc" from their banner like it would change anything for the members who signed up cos it was no kyc at rhe first place

By short its all a shitshow here. Just pass

Their representative already explained the matter. They do not ask for KYC from the regular players. They ask for KYC only if something is suspicious. Judging from your posts, you sound afraid. What is the reason behind that? Their terms haven't changed. You can check the first and 2nd pages of this announcement thread where forum members asked them about KYC and they answered those questions. So, tell us if you registered on the platform without reading the TOS. It is your mistake if you did so. You are spreading FUD in this thread and believe me, this is not going to help your case.

BTW, I am not in Xyes campaign  Wink

Afraid? You sound really stupid. You dont get afraid when someone confiscates your money for no reason. You just get angry

I already posted every single bet and transaction of my xyes account on page 6 and i DARE xyes administration to show any illegal activity that i committed. Lets see what happens now

This is not me being against you or being against the other party, but me simply being nautral..

I don't know about this particularly casino but some casinos I've had some kind of kyc experience with use this same line in their terms of service which state that they are a no-kyc casino, but may likely request kyc verification from account they find anything suspicious with..

And from my experience and that of some of my friends, this type of line is often a formality from the casino, they are kyc enabled casino but pretend not to be so as to gamblers who are not happy with KYC over, in the end, the casino will still request kyc verification from every single gambler playing on the casino, most especially when the gambler get a good winning and is asking a withdrawal, at the time like this, they know the gambler is vulnerable and won't hesitate to comply with the kyc verification process or else, he or she won't get his or her money..

This is why I still won't take a casino like this serious, for me, a casino is either in on kyc or out, there is and should be no in-between, what is the meaning of "they will only ask kyc when they see something suspicious"?, such a casino can ask you for kyc at any time and claim they saw something suspicious even when they saw nothing.

You're right but also missing the point here.
The problem isnt that they asked for kyc. As i said before, first thing i do when i register to a  casino is to pass kyc immediately. And i always choose kyc mandatory casinos, at least they are completely honest about their policies and not changing their minds or banners every other day like this one.
So the actual problem here is, they find some imaginary suspicious behaviours once you make a withdrawal of a few hundred bucks and basically confiscate your funds for 30 business days. Theres only 2 members in this forum who made such withdrawals and we both had the same problem. Im sure of myself so i again dare xyes to show what fraud i committed, knowing they cant show what doesnt exist..
So dont just mistake the issue here as a basic kyc thing. Almost alll crypto casinos lie about being no kyc and the  ask for it anyway. Not exactly news

I want to question about the winner's criteria, whether those who have a big victory that will get the 600 USD or anyone can get a victory even though the number of gambling in gambling is not large? This is an interesting question, and an additional question whether the number of wins at this event has a certain requirement to be played again in the casino or we can exchange it to buy candy and a piece of bread, in the shop beside my house?

Hello Akbarkoe,

It seems like no one is allowed to make a mistake anymore people immediately judge and create a problem. I saw that it was corrected too, and I don’t understand why some people reacted the way they did. Like you said, the casino has its own rules, including the ones about KYC. Everyone will decide for themselves what’s best. In any case, the matter is resolved now and there’s no more confusion, which is definitely a good thing.

Everyone already decided for themselves by registering this "non kyc" casino until they asked for level 4 kyc and confiscate winnings for 30 business days even after kyc verified. Even a biased xyes promoting retard like you could understand why we "create a problem against this one little mistake" but i guess ur just trolling or insulting our intelligence . So better just be quiet if u dont have anything smart to write

it was fair not to conduct KYC when it was relevant, and to let people go without checks, and not urgently change banners like liars, until this issue was raised here. in my opinion, there is no longer any point in discussing anything here, the casino is a liar, and there are other casinos with a normal KYC system, and not like here, after 4 levels you are again asked to record a video and give voluntary consent to the processing of the video, is this a fucking cryptocurrency exchange? I do not see their actions as a fight against criminals, this is not how it is done.

Both of you are free to take your dispute to the reputation board if you believe you were scammed. That's the proper way to do that. What you guys are doing here will gain you nothing. These are just empty noises.
If the casino is truly liar and scammed you of money then they will face the consequences. Nobody, no business can survive here after scamming.
As for the KYC process, things you described, these are pretty common. Anyone who has been involved with casinos knows how KYC are being done.

Btw I'm not wearing their banner either.

(I'm not sure why am I even replying to this shit, I already explained how to solve this in my previous reply, but none of you actually tried doing that)

No gray areas, no confusions, no what if or but. It’s a KYC required casino, everyone should be keep that in mind when playing, period... Tongue

Well there are still complaints about this as gamblers deposited at this casino, thinking that it is a non-KYC and not they are demanding KYC and also the withdrawals are held for 30 days even if the KYC is verified. That's not how you operate a casino if you want to run it for long term. Either they do not give this non-KYC option and since they have now given this then must stick to it. If they want to change in rules, they should let withdrawals for those who deposited earlier and be transparent. This way of doing business will only have them lose the trust among gamblers and without trust, it's impossible to get traffic to the site.

This is exciting to see, at least you have something to offer to your users and from how am seeing it, this comes only for the telegram users, though i can see that you already have the one for the community members here on the games and round session, however, it will also be more interesting if this also is added to the forum games and round section for the gamblers here to benefits as well on this forum, just my idea anyway, i believe you could deliver more with your present consistency while engaging your users with lots of offers.

XYes Official, what do you think about scam accusations like this that are being caused by what I believe is known as false advertising?
I think you should just remove that No KYC selling point because it's misleading some users and i would also be so pissed if if i ended up getting trapped by a casino just like that.

That thread basically answered Haunebu's doubts on their "no-KYC" promise(which was the first post on this thread), and hopefully, their representative now fully understands the reasoning of Haunebu's doubts.

Thanks for your query,

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Only posts that include screenshots/descriptions of wins from sportsbook, casino games, slots, original games, or live dealer games are eligible.
  • Participants must use the hashtag #XyesWin600 and tag our official account.

Prize Details:

  • At the end of each week during the promotion, one lucky winner will be randomly selected to receive a USD NaN prize!
  • Winners will be announced on our X account every Monday.

Yes, the prize has a 5x wagering requirement.
Regards!

This is quite interesting because we do not need to get a very big win to be able to get the prize, meaning in other words that the number of wins in gambling does not become full in this contest, because the committee chose randomly for the selection of the winner of this event.

You mention that at least 5x bets, can we ruffling bets/games, like 3x we do it in slots and 2 times we do it in sports bets?

Hi everyone,

We would like to address the concerns regarding a few accounts currently under review.
These accounts have triggered our risk control system, and as part of our standard compliance process, they are required to complete KYC Level 4 verification. Please understand that this procedure is not required for ordinary players, but only for accounts flagged for abnormal activity such as arbitrage.

Our withdrawal process usually takes a few minutes. However, the review process for these cases typically takes about 15 business days, and we ask for your patience during this time. We’re committed to providing a fair and secure environment for all users.

Thank you for your attention and understanding.
– XYES.COM Team

so i guess its time to show how crooked this site is.
i ve been betting from the same network since a very long time with no problems.( betpanda, bcgame, betplay) i ve gambled tens of thousands of usd till now without being accused of `abnormal activities.
after 4 hours of my withdrawal request today,  this `no kyc ` casino asked even for my SOURCE OF FUNDS after winning a very insignificant amount since i registered a few days ago
to be completely transparent and honest, im posting every single bet and transaction and you be the judge if its `suspicious behavour` as these weasels claim

and btw, i gave the withdrawal order of 380 usd. once they asked for kyc , i cancelled the withdrawal but 20 mins later it still hasnt returned back to my betting account so i wrote live help and this is what i got

FUCKING SICK ha. they wouldnt even return back my 380 usd after i cancel my withdrawal . so its basically nowhere now since you clearly can see my withdrawal already cancelled too..

DONT FUCKING TOUCH THIS CROOKED SITE.

So as i wrote before, it was impossible for xyes to prove any illegal activity on my account since i didnt do any, they sent me this mail, saying basically they wont pay me my winnings cos i won.

now yall saw how the bot accounts of the casinos attack you for pages for cheating when you have withdrawal problems and saying that `all would be ok if you didnt violate terms` and all that bullshit.

now this goes to the scam page and i dont know who the fuck else would even deposit here
