They lead you on, give you bonuses, tell you the self-exclusion due to gambling addiction has been sent to the team, but it hasn't. News flash: casinos are run by scumbags. It is bad that they didnt follow through with their obligation (it is an obligation, right?). on a separate, albeit related note, is it even possible for you to effectively self exclude yourself from crypto casinos? as far as i know theres nothing stopping you going to any of the other thousands of casinos and making an account there, right? even in fiat casinos, the gamstop thing you see seems utterly pointless to me, as it is only a relatively small amount of casinos that use the system for exclusion purposes.

i havent made my mind completely up yet in regards to self exclusions. on the one hand, if a casino offers something like this, if they dont oblige, everyone from the top to the bottom of the hierarchy should be taken out, literally.

on the other hand, if an adult needs a babysitter to stop them from being naughty with their finances, that is pretty absurd. even if someone managed to successfully self  exclude from every online casino in existence, a literal impossibility, there is nothing stopping that individual going down the street to the bookies or the casino, or hopping on counter strike or some shit and start smashing case openings, know what i mean?

i lean towards the latter, but the former point still stands that if something is offered but isnt adhered to by the casino, blood must spill. Or at the absolute bare minimum, fine them so heavily they're bankrupted and in debt for life.

From the allegation thread on the scam accusation board, I noticed you have lost a decent amount even after asking for a self-exclusion. This is really sad; the casino didn't respond when you asked for the self-exclusion. I pretty much agree it should be considered a scam when you lose funds after a self-exclusion request. Definitely this is the casino's fault, but you should also behave yourself and not gamble since you are addicted. Just find something else to spend your time on, reset the password with a few random words and destroy it. At least you can't log in unless you reset it again. But a better option is self-exclusion.

Regret to see XYes hasn't responded to you and their support is not helping you as well. This isn't really a professional behaviour from the gambling sites. If a user intends to leave a gambling site through self-exclusion, then the user has that right. Gambling sites should cooperate with the gambler to close their accounts. Hope the XYes representative will notice this post and solve this user's issue regarding self-exclusion.
