Unfortunately, and I feel sorry to say this, but it doesn’t look like the XYes team cares anymore about this community or takes its feedback and concerns seriously.
They have already received negative feedback from a DT member and there is an active flag against them but this doesn’t seem to concern them.
All they keep doing is posting about bonuses and events like a bot which are unlikely to attract any gambler.

True, I have even informed the officials about the case and they told me ''Yes, we’ve noticed that and have already taken care of it''. Couple of weeks passed after that convo but I cant see any post regarding the case. Operating on BTT with an active flag is not a good choice IMO, It will only increase the damage. It is high time for this casino to defend the reputation.
