The rest we are leaving down, however we have added 2 new seed nodes at other locations which aren't on the seed page. 1. Nocks Nifty for WooCommerce
Accept Bitcoin and Guldencoin in your webshop. You can set Bitcoin or Guldencoin as your general currency so you can set fixed Bitcoin and Guldencoin prices for your products. There is also a conversion tool for EUR and USD so users pay a live exchange rate in BTC or NLG.

Fill out your BTC and/or NLG address in Settings > Checkout > Nocks Nifty from your WooCommerce back-end and you’re good to go. Easypeezy!

2. Transaction limit raised
Our limit of 0.5 BTC per transaction has been raised to 1 BTC per transaction.

3. API

3) Install new wallet before block 250k. (Mandatory update). Codebase 0.10 and 0.11 bitcoin is implemented. We are at block 246k at the moment. So only less then 4000 blocks reamain, before also blockreward will go to 100 (from 1000).

New Wallets for code base 0.10 including most of the 0.11 commits are officially launched!

Guldencoin is my favorite coin, but the only thing that is holding me back from currently investing more is that it hasn't evolved into a PoW/PoS hybrid yet, once that's the case I go all in  

A hybrid can work to give people interest but a PoS only would be not so good because then all the power with the people who hold coins. I notice with PoS no one buys coins because there is no need when you earning coins for free.

I think security is priority number one, so from that perspective it's essential that Guldencoin becomes some sort of PoW/PoS hybrid. Concerning avoiding the situation that people will sit on their coins rather than spend it, it depends on the amount percentage of PoS. I think 3.5 percent is the ideal situation, in that case investing in Guldencoin is a rewardering enterprise, but at the same time the percentage is low enough to ensure liquidity. It reminds me of the day when the Dutch Guilder was doing great in the Netherlands and banks still gave some interest (2.5-3 percent). That monetary system was great, now we have the opportunity to bring that system back to life. But creating a PoW/PoS hybrid is essential in order to be able to do so. I think it should become priority number 1 right now...

Lets see what this dev team comes up with next.

Indeed I gotta be patient, but if the devs implement it, I'd keep stocking all the way up to 30k satoshi, that's how confident I am about this project...

I gotta say if these updates keep coming at the rate they are litecoin might have to step aside and this is not a joke, considering that it will be 100 reward for a long time to come the mining industry should consider supporting guldencoin in a big way. It would be a oversight to also think guldencoin has to be bound to the borders of the Netherlands, people are looking for a currency they can trust and guldencoin fits the bill.

I thought it would be a good time to share with the community what we will be doing within the next 2 weeks before we start on our next major project.

We will be releasing a 1.5.1 wallet version after the reward change over.

This will include some bug fixes and Dutch translations for the QT that biomike provided, MaNI also wants to streamline the build process even further as there was some manual parts to be done when it came to building the Mac wallets.

Rijk will be announcing the next project in about two weeks.

If they have a safe, financially rewarding alternative for the euro and banks with their extremely low interest rates, how many Henk and Ingrids will join the Guldencoin community! Perhaps in the future a Guldencoin exchange euro/Guldencoin is a good idea if it's doable with all the licences and stuff...

Hybrid PoS solution I agree can entice investors to come to the fold but only when they have more then enough reasons to buy and spend and making it easy for the public to do so. That being said we are very flexible when it comes to changes that the majority of the community want and we can prioritise accordingly.

Guldencoin is working two fronts. Core and services, services playing a greater role in gaining more user acceptance but the one feeds the other and we are at a excellent place on both fronts.

For the average Henk and Ingrid crypto is complicated. Along that crypto isn't functional for them (like they could spend it anywhere), I believe these to be the major obstacles for them in joining, despite if a good interest rate would be upon Guldencoin.

Personally, I'm not very fond of PoS coins. If/when the devs were to implement this at some point, I would rather see that happen in a later stage, when the total active Guldencoin users have grown larger.
