I believe time will be needed, for him to grow the team, but the only thing that lacks in the club is that, real Madrid is a team that lacks that patient and if there is anything they want is trophy, and a coach that can not achieve this, even to a single trophy, will definitely be considered to be sent out. Although I will say it is too early for that to happen, as it is rightly said that he needs time and that is just it. But even though he needs time, he should have it in the back of his mind that, it won't be a bad idea to even win a single trophy. And they must want to achieve this, at least.

There is no doubt that Alonso is a good coach. But sometimes his decisions are too heavy for the team. In the match between Man City and Real Madrid, he kept Kylian Mbappe on the bench for the whole time. He thought that the match would be won by Vinicius, Rodrygo and other players. But during the game we saw some bad passes. And some unbelievable misses. Alonso thought that Vinicius would perform better without Kylian Mbappe. But Vinicius showed his weak points. So we cannot blame a coach completely.

Who gives a fuck about that. Sallah should know that he's no longer in form and gradually declining in performance. He has no option than to continue playing for Liverpool anytime Slot puts him in the match. If he doesn't want to stay on the bench, he should work on improving himself or go to a different club.

Well the pressure is being justified and i think people are being too soft on this situation. This is Real Madrid, not a rebuilding mid-table club. Losing to Celta Vigo in the league and then going to the champions league to look second-best against Manchester city is just no cutting it, regardless of injuries. Big clubs are judged on perfomances, not excuses. There is no control in midfield, defensive transition are poor and against elite teams like city, they get exposed immediately. if this level continues, qaulifying from the group alone will be a struggle, talk less of reaching the final.

The first one is highly winnable. Monaco have got worse this season. Their biggest problem is with defending. I can't say they are scoring a lot in the CL either. We saw an example of it against Galatasaray. They found a lot of chances but were able to score only once.

The Benfica one is trickier and this will be the decider for Real Madrid to finish in top 8 in case of beating Monaco. Benfica won their last 2 matches and now they have hope for top 24. Xabi Alonso had better make progress until then.

Yes, it was unexpected that Real Madrid would perform like this this season. This season, Real Madrid seemed very ready to become champions again, but it turns out they've struggled to maintain their performance. Therefore, I don't think Real Madrid will experience significant progress this season. After observing Real Madrid's performance so far, the obstacles that still haunt this team are the lack of a midfielder as good as Kross, and their attack line also looks chaotic at the moment.

So, as long as Real Madrid can't resolve these two issues, they probably won't be able to compete well in the Champions League or in the domestic league. Personally, I think with the players Real Madrid currently has, it can be said that they are at their maximum point.
