It will be a shock to the entire football lovers if Newcastle beat Barcelona to be honest. While for me, it will be another brilliant performance seen from Newcastle this season. 10 men Newcastle defeated Manchester United who are in a very good form.

If Barcelona will qualify, they must show more physicality in this game. Newcastle is not a dull team. Newcastle can do the impossible, at the same time, my bet will be on Barcelona to qualify.

There won't be any much shock about Newcastle being able to actualize a win over Barcelona at the Camp Nou because from the first leg it was a well possession game by Newcastle and what the English team was falling short of was their inability to score goals with theany chances they had.

The only difference in this game is that Barcelona is playing at home and would be looking like they've got the home advantage, but this is modern football where home advantage wouldn't really help if you don't play better than your visitors then you would have to lose the game in front of your home fans.  So am expecting Newcastle to  repeat what they did in the first leg tonight and they might just break into victory.

Sporting won the match yesterday, just as I had expected. After taking the match to extra time with a 3–0 victory, Sporting secured their place in the next round by beating their opponents 5–0, thanks to two further goals in extra time. Everyone thought Bodo could go through after their victory, but everything changed for them in an instant. Nevertheless, it is commendable that they managed to reach this stage with such a performance. As for Sporting, we must say it was a truly dominant match for them. Throughout the match, they managed to take a total of 38 shots, finding the target 14 times and scoring 5 goals.

The result of this match was not what I expected. Thought Bodo/glimt would qualify for the quarter finals. Despite performing brilliantly in the first leg, they failed to qualify. Bodo/glimt won the first leg match 3-0.

Bodo/glimt had a tactical weakness in the second leg match. On the other hand I have seen sporting players try their best to win by big margins. They were able to make many attacks. They made a total of 36 shots. And they managed to score 5 goals. Sporting has performed incredibly well in home matches.

I think they're almost evenly matched. But somehow, I feel Liverpool will win, as I don't think Liverpool wants to be embarrassed by Galatasaray.

It is funny how the bookmakers make the match look like an easy win for liverpool because I don't understand why they will give gala 11 odds to win and only give liverpool 1.30, it is just like what happened in the previous match between manchester city and real madrid, real madrid has a high odd while manchester city has a low odd which I know the possibility for manchester city to win real madrid is very slim considering their performance in their first leg, and I think the same thing is likely to happen in today's match.

As Liverpool lost to our team in the first match without putting in a particularly strong performance, they are the clear favourites for this fixture. In this fixture, Tottenham are the slight favourites, and I believe they have a high potential to win the match. I think this will be slightly different. Newcastle has their ups and downs, but from what I see, they are currently on an upward trend. I still don't think Barca will lose, but they will face strong resistance from the Magpies.

The Liverpool game is also going to be complicated; I’m even predicting a draw. Liverpool will play better, but when it all seems over, I think they’ll concede a silly goal and be eliminated from the Round of 16. I believe luck will be on Galatasaray's side tonight.

I can not  rely on Liverpool's performance. Their performance is very inconsistent. It is not possible to predict which match they will play well. Liverpool lost 1- 0 in the first leg. The margin of defeat is very small . So they still have a chance to qualify for the quarter finals. But they failed to win against tottenham in the last match. So it is not sure whether they  will be able to play well even if today's match is held at anfield. I think galatasaray will be able to qualify  for the quarter-finals.

Chelsea's problem is getting worst cause their coach just confirmed that Recee James suffered a hamstring and would miss playing the second leg. James is one of Chelsea's important player, it's sad that he won't be available to try help them even though we know how difficult it would be to qualify.

I don't believe in a recovery either, but I sincerely hope for an improvement, in almost all competitions however I see a less than exuberant football, only a few sporadic matches are fun to watch, for the rest besides the Champions League, the Championships are off.

To be honest, I also didn’t expect Sporting Lisbon to stage such a dramatic comeback, as I thought the 3-0 defeat in the first leg would put them under immense pressure, but it turns out I was wrong, because  Sporting really do have that much energy and they really don’t give Bodoe much space to do anything. Sporting certainly deserved to win, and I hope  they can  sustain that performance when they face Arsenal in the next round.

I think that even without that red card, Man City would most likely still have lost, because  from what I can see, they don’t have the same confidence as they did two seasons ago . The problems that Man City faces is quite serious, and I think that has been evident since last season.

Manchester City were unable to do much in this match, having to play with 10 men at the start of the first half due to Bernardo Silva's red card. Real Madrid capitalized on their man advantage to defeat Manchester City. Vinicius Jr. was outstanding, converting a penalty perfectly after his miss in the first leg. Vinicius' contribution in this match deserves appreciation, as he scored two goals, leading Real Madrid to their second victory over Manchester City. For Manchester City, failing to advance to the quarterfinals was particularly painful, as they lost to Real Madrid in front of their home fans.

After the red card by Silva,  I knew already that there was no way again for City to win the game, the red card affected them in so many ways even though it wasn't really noticeable because of how they fought back agaisnt the Kings of Bernabeu (Real Madrid)... But again I don't think it is right if I don't commend the effort that was made by City, they performed better than they did in the 1st leg.... Could you imagine this, in the first leg they had there complete 11 players but still conceded 3 goals, but then in the 2nd leg they made attempt of scoring a goal and conceded only 2 even though they were 1 man down ... Also they really had some good scoring chances in the 2nd leg even though most were from an offside position...

The most important match today is the Barcelona vs Newcastle match. The first leg match was Newcastle's home match. Barcelona did not play as well as expected in England and was not able to win. The match was drawn 1-1.

Yes Barcelona should comfortably win Newcastle at Camp Nou, I feel they had difficulties at St James park cause it a place they're not very familiar with or have more support from fan but at Camp Nou they'll be comfortable to dominate and the full support from their fans would play a big role to their success.
 Atletico Madrid have already qualified so I'll skip their match for that of Liverpool cause I really want to see how they'll play Galatasaray at Anfield, moreover they're the only EPL team that might likely qualify today since they have the home advantage, if Liverpool can score 2 goals or 3 if possible then it's over for Galatasaray.

Vinicius Jr is a top player for Real Madrid and for the fact that he missed big chances yesterday at the Etihad stadium doesn't mean he's not good enough. Real Madrid have qualify to the next phase of the UCL and Manchester City are back home where they belong.

Talking about Vinicius Jr consult on the pitch, he's this kind of player that's passionate about the game and the way he flows, there's absolutely nobody on this planet that does what Vinicius Jr does on the pitch. Vinicius Jr is HIM for Real Madrid.

Bodo/Glimt looked nothing like the team that used to beat top clubs. They simply decided to defend and hold onto their lead. The team's coach, Kjetil Knutsen, commented on this situation. I really like the way sporting started the game yesterday, they were like a team that really want to qualify.  They were so good in all departments and they outplayed Bodo, so I was really surprised they were able to come back from 3 goal deficit to win the game. I think the pressure of the bog stage got to Bodo, because sporting were winning all the second ball and they were just so good with the ball, no mistakes from the team and Bodo could not just handle the team. Sporting really deserve to be in the quarter final with the way they played yesterday,  it would have been a disappointment if they did not qualify.
