You are right the English league clubs made an embarrassment of their league with how they were lashed out of the Uefa champions league but do you not think it was just another bad champions league season for them just as it has previously occurred with other leagues club, the Spanish league can be an example of we do a research on this on the champions league history. 

I do not want to cook the English clubs beyond reasonable length but what I can voice out about what has happened is that the league is overrated and it is affecting the clubs thay they feel too comfortable to think that they can conquer any other leagues club at any playing field.

This should serve as a time of reflection by the English FA and the clubs to put in more work and cut off unnecessary hypes that is not supposed to be just to sell their league to the world.

You can see how quickly everything changes. Two weeks ago it was said that the EPL is above every other league and they were praised for the qualification of 6 teams! Now 2 teams are left and I think apart from Manchester City, the results were no surprise. Atletico to beat Tottenham, PSG to beat Chelsea, Barcelona to beat Newcastle and then of course the unlucky match for Manchester City. It was not like anyone thought they could get all 6 teams into the quarterfinals. They still collected a lot of points for the club ranking, but it is disappointing for them for sure.

Galatasaray and Newcastle both didn't have a realistic chance. It's possible to beat Liverpool at home as Galatasaray, but defending that advantage in Liverpool was highly unlikely.

The two clubs you just mentioned right now, their result is still surprising me even after the match have been played. Liverpool are not a soft team in the champions league and just like PSG, they’re not the type of team you’d assume that you can win easily without putting in the best of performance.

I could still remember how Arsenal won Sporting Lisbon with a massive score of 5:1 in 2024/2025 UCL season, i don't think anything will change this season. So, on my own prediction of teams that will make it to the semifinal are; Real Madrid, PSG, Barcelona and Arsenal. Almost same teams that made it to the semifinals last season, it's only Inter Milan that's not on the list. The draw for the semifinals will probably be PSG versus Real Madrid and Barcelona versus Arsenal. However, the toughest game of the quarter finals is definitely going to be Real Madrid versus Bayern Munich.

Real madrid to win Bayern Munich? I don't really think so like it's going to be a one heck of a game because before then Real madrid all injured players might have come back so it will so likely be like the clash of the Titan like i can't really tell who could win between them but i'm very much certain Real madrid can't beat Bayern Munich like they has done to Manchester city, but if truly i will bet on that game then i will definitely bet on Bayern Munich to win because i see more confidence in Bayern Munich than Real madrid so i will definitely bet on Bayern Munich to win.

I don't think Real Madrid will be able to beat Bayern either. The Munich side is very strong right now.
