Real Madrid's squad is strong. There is no doubt about it. They have a lot of talented and star players in their squad. Their biggest  weakness is the weak bonding between the players. At the same time, they do not have  an experienced manager.

Arbeloa has very little experience. He does not have any previous experience in planning strategies against giant teams like Munich. I believe that if Madrid had an experienced manager , their situation would change very quickly. Every player in their squad is talented. Anyway , their overall performance is very inconsistent.

Arbeloa is building a stronger team with a better squad gameplay, he didn’t find them in their best shape, it was a whole mess without any strategy. We have seen Real Madrid fight for any match against stronger teams and managed to win and do comebacks, but last couple seasons, that old soul seems dead.

I agree with you they're building a strong team, but i didn't see them winning Bayern in second leg. Last week i thought the reason Madrid lose to mallorca was due to the Champions League ahead, not knowing that they'll still lose to Bayern in their fans presence no home advantage yesterday between Madrid and Bayern. Bayern can't afford losing to Madrid in second that's just it text is not far we'll see Madrid nockout from champions league next.

PSG 1 Vs Liverpool 0
Not up to quater of an hour and Liverpool are already behind, hope it's not going to be a long night for them this one that PSG is already ahead, on this very fixture last season and at home this time, PSG were playing very well but Liverpool were able to keep them from scoring and all through the first half PSG didn't score any goal. I'm the second half, Liverpool scored through Elliott who came in a substitute player and that was how it ended in France, PSG lost at home despite playing wonderfully well, this season they are not taking that chance maybe that's why they are already 1 - 0 up in less than 15 minutes.

I was not surprised for PSG to score this la goal against Liverpool, because liverpool are not in their best performance now which I also say that they are just being lucky to make it to this level. The match is still on and bought a performing well but PSG are having good time against Liverpool. I favour PSG in this match because their performance is promising than that of Liverpool and already they are started proving me right but since the game is still on let's wait and see how it goes.

Athletico Madrid and Barcelona are still battling the match looks so interesting and bought themes are capable of claiming Victory but let's see who Arsenal will face in the semi final.

Bringing in Araujo to pack the defense is going to be a wrong move, although it's the safest option but that will invariably lose them the the game, what I think he should do is wait from some time in the second half, sub in Fermin Lopez and allow Pedri drop deeper to cover since isn't being used that much in the attacking front.

It's funny that Alvarez is playing trash this season but he deciding to drop a banger against Barcelona.

Barcelona's odds of winning the match are very low now, I don't know what will happen, but a little while ago Barcelona had a high chance, but now it has been reversed.

I don't really see what the option was for Cubarsi for that tackle, it was either he tackled him or let him score a goal, even know as holy as the refs call was, I still feel Simeone was smart enough to place his run in place that Cubarsi could trip him.

The game gas been set for Simeone and as Athletico Madrid always fall short of expectations, this was suppose to be the time Athletico should extend the lead to give them a better advantage for the second leg.

Wait was Doue trying to nutmeg the goalkeeper! That should have been 2 - 0 to PSG only if Doue had converted that chance from Mendes. Again Dembele too should have converted that chance as well afterwards. PSG kept getting more and more chances against Liverpool. I'm not even sure if Liverpool in the first half completed 80 passes, PSG players are just everywhere creating chances and holding the however they like, Liverpool are indeed lucky to still be down with just a goal instead of 2 or 3 down in this first half. There goalkeeper is really doing his job by keeping out the ball from getting into the back of the net. Soon we will be in for the second half, let's see what it holds of Liverpool will get back up or PSG will keep on doing what they did in the first half.

Barcelona was having the chances to score and they were playing more better, but Atletico Madrid used the opportunity very well. The red card that Barcelona have right now we affect them very well and it will be hard for them to win Atletico Madrid in this match, especially since they are already losing with 1 goal, right now Atletico Madrid will be more energized to make sure that they win this match, the way they are playing. I can see that they came so they can win the match they Did not come to draw the match. Let them put more pressure on Barcelona on the second half and they will still score them again. Atletico Madrid has good player and they are capable to the task, if they can win Barcelona in their home then surely they will win Barcelona again on their own home. I can’t wait for second half to start. Let’s see what happen again.

A bad day for Barcelona Cubarsi red card will cost them a lot they were actually playing nice game even had more goals on target. Atletico Madrid will be glad that Barcelona has been reduced to 10 men because this will be hard on Barcelona to turn the game around, Atletico Madrid will take this opportunity to add more goals so they will have less work to do when Barcelona visit them at home in their second leg play.

Wasting of chances is not something new for Barcelona.. they create a lot of chances and waste atleast half so I’m not surprised about already having 12 attempts and zero goal, their defenders  are also doing some great saves in this game though.

Every season, there’s always that costly error made by Barcelona defenders.. He was trying to prevent the goal but what did it changed? Other than reducing the team to 10 men. Really sucks

It's like a deja vu of last week's game for them only if last week it was Atletico players who got a red card but for this week it was Cubarsi for Barcelona who made the mistake.

The first half ended but for the second half later I quite doubt Barcelona did the same thing even though they are currently very good but to survive with 1 player missing obviously this will be very difficult and it is likely that they will focus more on defense so that the aggregate is not too big later.
On Atletico's side this is an advantage and it would be very reckless if they just let this go especially with the current conditions Simeone should increase the intensity of their attacks so that the second leg becomes more comfortable.

Although the chance still remains but I highly doubt Barcelona can rise in the second half unless Atletico want to be labeled as a bad club that cannot win even with player advantage.

However, the day is finally here, the match will start in less than one hour time, let’s see what happens in the next few hours, if the mighty Real Madrid can really turn things around tonight after they lost their last league game. My prediction is that this game will involve a lot of goals, and each team will score more than one goal.

I didn't find this match easy at all, i thought Real Madrid could easily take the result home, my prediction apparently was completely wrong.
Bookmakers' odds were favorable for Real Madrid to be honest, whoever placed on Bayer's win made a good profit.
If we then talk that the fun in this match was mediocre, i personally expected more spectacle on the pitch.

Liverpool is not in the game at all. Not just today, there recent form this season already betrays them and makes it look like it's a walk over game already for PSG. Even though Liverpool managed to stay in the competition till now, considering there performance since in there league, it's all clear that Liverpool isn't doing the football business this season. Everything they are playing isn't corresponding at all, and I have been really feeling for there fans and how they are able to manage all this all through this season. They wat it looks, am afraid, PSG will win and progress, but it's Liverpool, we know there spirit, they have a record in this competition. So just maybe, it's not over yet till the final whistle. Both Barcelona and Liverpool are suffering the same fate tonight both clubs have already recorded 1 goals down in the first half, which is something that will definitely make the match tough for both clubs, considering their opponent and how difficult they can be to penetrate their backside, this could be a straight away winning potential for PSG and Atletico Madrid tonight.
