And UCL is something different where every team comes with greater motivation, even weak teams can show their best performance.

You are right because if Chelsea was not in form initially before they lost to Brighton in last weekend games i would have said that it was because of the match that Chelsea have against Benfica that made them not to put more pressure in their last match but this was just a clear case of underperformance and not based on Champions League preparation. Chelsea has lost 3 games in their last 4 matches, the only team they won was a team from England league 1 namely Lincoln. I can't tell what the outcome of Chelsea versus Benfica match will be today but if Chelsea use same pattern they used last time against Bayern Munich they will lose

As for Galatasaray Vs Liverpool, I certainly would want to sit on the fence for that encounter, it looks to me as though Gala would want to take on Liverpool surprisingly, so it won't be on my list despite how mouth watering it looks as though Liverpool will have a walk over. For those that likes to take big risks playing first half under  1.5 might be a good pick.
