This was the worst result yet for the evening.
Just how Galatasaray was able to manage it, I can’t tell but, that scoreline gave me chills on how, they took to the scoring first from a conceived penalty and Osimhen made no mistake in converting it.

It would have been rather easy at this point for Liverpool to attempt a come back from a loosing point, at least force the game into a draw but, Galatasaray wasn’t in to settle for anything other than a win. Liverpool gets to lose their first in the champions league.

Galatasaray is a top team in the Turkish Super Lig which is a respectable league obviously but Liverpool used to be better than that. Liverpool prior defeat against Crystal Palace was alarming but most people will expect them to recover in UEFA Champions League even though they are playing away.
Congrats Galatasaray for this victory from a penalty scored by Osimhen. They wanted him a lot there and he is helping his team progressing.

I didn't believe in this victory either. The pressure from the Galatasaray fans literally threw Liverpool into a tailspin. Liverpool made constant passing mistakes. They constantly tried to pass, constantly losing possession while trying to attack with passes. Jacobs was one of the best players of the match, and he prevented Liverpool from scoring. Jacobs blocked that goal and stopped numerous Liverpool attacks.

Osimhen could have scored another goal or two,his finishing was a bit lacking today, and I understand why. He's back from injury, and his hamstring was a problem, and he injured it from overexertion. Icardi came on, and what's the difference? Icardi is walking forward, while Osimhen is sprinting.

The biggest surprise is Liverpool losing to Galatasaray 1-0. I've seen a video on X showing a large number of Galatasaray fans firing up fireworks during the night in front of the hotel that Liverpool players resided in. They tried to prevent Liverpool squad from getting a proper sleep and therefore give Galatasaray an extra advantage. A dirty move indeed, but I wonder if that worked.

Hahaha… I almost doubted the story because I was wondering how this could be possible. Tonight, I was going to place a bet on Liverpool, as I thought they would win and the odds looked really good to me. But since I didn’t have any money, I couldn’t do it.

Last match was loss and this one was also loss, this was not how I saw Liverpool, could this be a sign of something that is about to take fully formed on there performance, because Liverpool doesn't get lost after lost without a demarcation of wining in them. For the first time in Galatasaray I'm seeing them win Liverpool, is definitely a good thing they deserve to celebrate because what the clubs expected could not do, Galatasaray done it.
