I am starting to enjoy Galatasaray football very well. Watching how they played despite losing in the first half, it didn't discourage them from making lots of effort with the confidence they used in winning the match. For Leg 2, there is obviously a chance for Galatasaray to win again, with how they performed, there is no way Juventus are coming out from such aggregate.

It's their display of teamwork I liked. I enjoyed the way the club played confidently throughout the match despite being weakened by Juventus in the first half. All I was expecting was either they get beaten or sustain a draw game by the end of the match but I was super impressed when I saw the third goal scored by Sanchez and the 4th goal scored by Lang. by then it was already obvious the Juventus guys have been defeated yet the galatasaray players didn’t relax or play with laxity they still ensured they followed up with the fifth goal scored by Boey at the 86th minute which served as the closing goal for the match. If they can face more teams like Juventus and play this confidently, they are guaranteed to win bigger and go farther in the champions league competition.

Don't really know what went wrong with Italian teams in the Champions League.  All of them seem to be playing below expectations. Concluding that Juventus and Atalanta are out of the competition might not be totally correct. In the games of sports games, anything can happen. They could come up with some extraordinary performance and level up the goals they have conceded. It is not over until the second leg games are concluded.

I've observed Italian teams struggle when playing away from home and rarely win. However, when playing at home, they perform strongly and can even pull off incredible comebacks against their opponents. Yes, in football, especially in the Champions League, anything can happen, and it's always full of unexpected surprises. Well, even though the Italian teams lost heavily in the first leg, I'm confident they'll be able to come back in the second leg, playing at home.

Juventus' position and performance is bad at the moment but that doesn't mean they won't be able to bounce back. Their last match result was bad but we can't predict based on one match. They have performed very well before and their consistency has proven their position. If Juventus can't hold on to this position and if they keep performing like this then maybe their position could be as you said.

However I don't think the same on Inter. I know they lost 3-1 but it was against Bodø/Glimt. You know they have artificial turf so it isn't easy to play comfortably against them away. But Inter can come back from this at Giuseppe Meazza anyway I think.

Unfortunately for them, they weren't ready for these matches; in fact, they've come this far. i expected Atalanta to do so, so it doesn't surprise me. So it can be said that Galatasaray will easily qualify for the round of 16.

I'm not so confident about Juventus' performance in the Champions League because their performance has been very poor and the defeat against Galatasaray showed just how far the team can go in advancing to the next round. The Italian team didn't get good results in their previous matches with Inter Milan and Atalanta also suffering defeats, so the Italian team's chances will be a little tougher in their next match. One match will be more decisive because both away and home matches can be very decisive in a team's progress to the next round.

It may look like a big deal for them to resolve or they’ll risk not making it to the next round of the competition. What they need to do is to try, even though it is not going to be easy. They have been playing quite well and a loss to Galatasaray doesn’t mea their journey is over. Teams have conceded more goals than they did and they recovered back in the second leg of the match, I hope they can try because Galatasaray won’t also be coming lesser toughness in this game.

Since Juventus will be playing from home, I cannot dispute the fact that they will get a comeback in the second leg of this game. They have actually been playing not too great and conceded as much as we’ve never imagined from them. This is not how the game of the champions league can be said to come into conclusion about. Losing with three goals margin is not enough to say that they’ll be eliminated from the competition, what if they come back stronger and better than before and got a flawless defeat against Galatasaray, don’t you see that it is going to be a surprise and what we thought was going to be impossible turned out to be possible.

This is the champions league and you can’t just outrightly look down on a team and see them less of making it to the next round of the competition, when they still have a chance to prove to the world if they can make it to the next round. Galatasaray played well and got the win in that match even though Juventus was leading in the first half of the game. In football every player wants to have something to be proud about against his opponent and it happened that in this UCL meeting between Benfica and Real Madrid, the home side couldn't execute their expectations as a home team and got frustrated by the class of the visiting team Real Madrid.

The World Cup tattoo show off from Otamendi is just to remind Vinicius that despite you're having the win tonight I still have what you don't have. Which obviously I do agree that it doesn't relate in any form with the UCL competition. Real Madrid would be playing host in the second leg, I wonder what fate Benfica would face at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.

The tattoo display of Otamendi to Vinicius is just a friendly banter and of course i believe that Vinicius also told him something in exchange. Vinicius Jr is 25 years old and there are chances he will still feature for Brazil in the next World Cup after this upcoming one in June this year. That means in 2030, he can still win the World cup with Brazil if they don't win it this year.

The returning leg of Real Madrid versus Benfica match will still be tough just as the first leg despite that Real Madrid will be playing from home but i don't see any much difference. Jose Mourinho can be a difficult manager, who knows he might have learnt his lessons in the first leg so he will use a different formation in their next meeting with Real Madrid.

Yes. I also believe that, after Napoli failed to qualify from the group stage, there are now three Serie A teams playing in the play off round and we can predict that there will be no Serie A representatives in the round of 16 after the first leg. Juventus, Atalanta and even Inter suffered defeats, making it difficult for them to bounce back in the second leg.

I'm not surprised that Inter lost, as Bodø/Glimt are on fire. They previously won against City 3-1, then against Athletico Madrid 2-1 and now they've won against Inter 3-1. They've been a devastating team for the big teams this season.

The UCL is interesting this season when we look at the teams representing the EPL.
