Carlo ancelotti is certainly a better manager than than xabi Alonso even without xabi Alonso experiencing real madrid dressing room, because human management is one quality all managers must be good at if you want to be successful in management, and xabi Alonso failed at real madrid on that aspect, so I believe that Carlo ancelotti is a better manager than xabi Alonso by a mile.

You are right but this doesn't apply or work on Real Madrid because they are so experience in the champions league and even in their worst season they always manage to go far because of the experience and the history they have created in champions league but I can not actually call Bayern Munich a weak team because they are among the best team in the world currently so Real Madrid losing to them is not really bad because Bayern Munich is in a great form. Coach may not even be the problem perhaps it's their season to be like this.

Had the madrid management given Alonso enough time, he might not have failed. But madrid management did not give enough time to Alonso. They took decisions very quickly. And hired  an inexperienced manager like Arbeloa. I would have been happy if madrid had sacked Alonso and  appointed an experienced manager.

After Alonos became manager, madrid played 34 matches and managed to win  24 matches, losing 6 matches. After arbeloa became manager, Madrid played 20 matches, and won  13 matches, losing  6 matches out of 20  matches. This means that Alonso has done better than Aarbeloa.

What you said about the happenings in those club ls you listed is your observations but they are mainly assumption, although if players doesn't have a good relationship with the manager, they might try to frustrate the manager until he's been sacked but sometimes when the manager is been sacked, the club involved may not experience any positive changes, we have seen that happened to RealMadrid when xabi left and the new manager came in, has there been much difference?
