Fabregas is doing a really good job. I can tell you i was honestly surprised when i first saw him on Como's bench some time ago. He's created a great atmosphere and he's leading the team really well. The chemistry in the squad is on a very high level and if they keep these players for next season too, things could get really interesting. Nico Paz, who is probably the key player in my opinion, should definitely stay if they qualify for a european competition. It’s definitely going to be interesting until the end, especially the battle for second place too

Milan’s downfall lately is really surprising because I never thought Juventus could go ahead of them in the standings before the end of the season but here is it… draw with Juventus, lost to Sassuolo and Atalanta consecutively.

Juventus are 1 point above Milan now. They might even finish ahead of Napoli who knows... But things are going horrible for Milan lately. They lost 3 matches on the last 5 match weeks.

Napoli have also lost two of their last five matches, draw two and were only able to win the one against Cremonese, so Juve might actually pull wonders who knows…

Milan did changed managers until now, but this year they have stuck with Allegri and he should have done better, the expectation on him was great. Plus he did spend some time close to being Inter, not too close but at least it looked like they were second place for a very long time.

Now we are seeing them too bad in the last month and there is a potential that they could be losing a lot and we should not be expecting them to do a good job. We should expect them to do a terrible job instead. There is a huge potential for them to be fifth place by the end, hell even sixth is technically possible but I do not think they will get there, I think fifth is where they will end this season and that will be humiliating.

Yes I agree with you. Changing coaches frequently will never improve a team or will never meet the expectations we have from the team. Because every coach has a different training method and when a coach is changed, the players can get mixed up and their best may never be found. If we look at Real Madrid, we can see the consequences of their situation. Real Madrid was only focused on changing coaches instead of looking at the distribution problems of their team. If Real Madrid had tried to fix the distribution problems of their team without changing coaches at that time, maybe we would not have seen such a situation.

What Cesc Fabregas has done is Como is unbelievable because he promoted the team to Serie A and now they have spent two seasons without not thinking of getting relegated again and they are performing well and beating some top teams in the league, Como is definitely going to participate in an European competition next season because they will qualify for Europa League or conference league next season, i expect them to qualify for the Champions League next season but they did not perform well at the end of the season.

Cesc Fabregas is a good coach but i hope is stay at Como and see if he is capable of coaching a big club because there are many top clubs looking for good coach and i believe he will be their target for next season, Como is not in good form as they are in the beginning of the season and that makes me think that they can play well in the Champions league because they have many young players who can not handle the pressure of the Champions League.

I don't know what you're looking at about Milan, but he's really been feeling sorry for himself in the game lately, losing to Atalanta, for goodness sake a very respectable team but in terms of players and performances on paper he has lower statistics than Milan.

The important question is, if they fail, will they blame Allegri? He's a coach I respect, and getting rid of him for that would be a mistake in my opinion.

There's no point in giving Milan credit now, especially given their position in the standings; they're completely out of the running for the Scudetto. i agree that they don't have the right players, but they also don't have the right strategies; they seem to be struggling, but that's just my opinion. i don't see the risk of elimination as very likely, but you never know.
