Pioli has been terrible in every single team he has been on and for some reason people still hire him, no idea why. We have always seen him make a team worse and Fiorentina wasn't some great team before him neither, but at least they were mid table team and when he arrived they became a lot worse and for that reason I think it's clear that we have seen them fall this much.

I also think that we are going to see them stay, but it is not going to be easy, and next year won't be any nicer neither unless they change something drastic.

I admit that Stefano Pioli has considerable experience and is well respected in top-level soccer competitions. In the last 4-5 years, in my opinion, he still has promising potential, and in the near future, I think he still has the opportunity to show his potential. Just like when he coached AC Milan in his time. Perhaps Stefano Pioli is not yet accustomed to communication or understanding the character of the league in Saudi Arabia, and his heart remains in Italy. I hope Stefano Pioli can contribute again with his knowledge and experience at any league club he coaches. Because a team and a coach are a united whole that understand each other, improve together, and seek solutions, including strategic introspection even while a match is ongoing. A solid team will shine.

Roma are playing against Udinese away tomorrow. It shouldn't be a big deal for them actually. Udinese are far worse and having serious trouble with defending.

On the other hand Roma's problem is with their scoring. 27 goals is just too low in 22 matches. They are still somehow in top 4. Mostly with wins by close margins. I still doubt their CL chance at the end of the season.

Udinese game seems an easy game to be capitalized by Roma. From last five games they played Udinese, they never lose home or away game. So i think it's very certain if they will bag three points from Udinese since there's no big change from both of club during the winter window. So we can still expect them to beat Udinese with at least two goals same as the first leg.

Three points from Udinese is a must caused by they will have tougher fixtures to come. Unable to finish above Juve or Napoli until the end of this month will put their UCL chance looks impossible to achieve.

Beside that i know their productivity is making you feel pessimistic to them in securing UCL spot. However, even if they win the game with narrow score, as long as it's win, that's enough. The most important thing is how to win, not how many goals produced.

I know goals lead team to win, but good defend can help them to achieve their target.

It's no coincidence that his teams don't work, maybe he was lucky with the team that made him famous, but now I would say that his schemes don't work..

I was surprised when I saw you guys were still talking about the game that happened between Napoli and Juventus that day. Napoli were not able to play anything; they even ended up as a disgrace to themselves. After that, they still lost against Chelsea in the Champions League and then won their game against Fiorentina. To them, it’s really an improvement in their current strategy of the game, as they score two goals before falling back to maintain the performance and end up winning. Even though that didn’t work against Chelsea, it seems like it worked against Fiorentina.

The current shape of Napoli has been very unstable leaving many football observers puzzled. Perhaps they succeeded in the strategy of protecting and pursuing two goals in full backward and then as a tactic against an opponent such as Fiorentina, but their European divisions have been weak in this aspect. We may draw a conclusion that this victory is not a complete guarantee of mental stability of a real champion. Their game plan should also be examined properly so that it is not easily deciphered by their EU counterparts. In this development, we have to be real.

I'm really surprised at their recent performance cause I expect that they'll be much better this season, but since the likes of Lukaku and Debruyne got injured they've lost form, as it stance it's obvious that they're out of the title race and should focus on qualifying for the Champions League cause i doubt if Inter Milan would bottle the league.

 Napoli need to take the next summer windows seriously, cause they can't be relying on Debruyne and when he's not available they'll lose form. Also, i don't trust Hodjlund, Napoli should look for a replacement for him too, he's still lacking the experience to lead as a top striker for Napoli.
