Galatasaray just came back from the Champions League games where they were victorious against Juventus, and they put in a lot of effort in the match which will for sure affect players mood as a result of fatigue so i understand why the bookmakers gave them that odd against Konyaspor but it's still a fair odd because from the betting site i just checked now the odd is 1.50, it's fair enough. Galatasaray will be playing while at away, it will be hard on them, but they should be able to win and still retain the top. If they are not able to win and Fenerbahce takes the lead, it shouldn't be something to worry about because they can still top the table again before the end of the season.

this season, both osimhen and icardi have done really important work at galatasaray, but i don't think it's quite right to judge a player's performance and impact on the team solely in this way. osimhen is a player who has always made his presence felt in every match he has played for galatasaray, both in the super league and in the champions league. icardi, on the other hand, is a pure goalscorer. i think that's what sets them apart.

It's not right to give credit to a single player because there are other players who are contributing to the success of the club. Galatasaray has so many good players and that is why they are doing well. We should give all of the credit because they are part of the success story.

However, if you grade Osimhen"s contribution to the team with just goals, you might be making a mistake. The Nigerian's work rate in the club is extraordinary. How many strikers can contribute to the midfield and defence like Victor? The yellow card he got in the game against Juventus when he fouled Weston McKennie was because he was helping with the defense. Respect to Icardi but we all know who works hardest.

When i checked for the statistics between the both players only for this 2025/2026 season, Icardi has more matches played than Osimhen, according to the record, Icardi has played 22 matches with 14 goals scored so far, while Osimhen has played just 16 matches and has scored 9 goals with 3 assists. If Osimhen had gotten more matches played or the same number of matches played like Icardi, he would have contributed more than the number he has now.

Fender victory against Nottingham Forest was obvious but of course the narrow gap was expected and their defeat on aggregate was predictable since the beginning. At the opposite Galatasaray were doing way better especially in the first leg.
I find these two teams lagging a lot but Fenerbahce is worse. I believe the fight for the title will continue but Galatasaray will not sacrifice Turkish league with UEFA Champions League because they know very well their skills in front of the remaining teams. Whenever they have a hard opponent they will not care about the result

Başakşehir won the match against Konyaspor. The better side on the night deservedly got the victory.

For Konyaspor, this was an important game like every other one at this stage of the season, but they lost and remain very close to the relegation zone.


Trabzonspor defeated Fatih Karagümrük 3–1. The first half ended 1–1, but Trabzonspor started the second half strongly and scored two quick goals to secure the win.

In my opinion, Fatih Karagümrük look almost certain to be relegated. They are not playing well and their squad quality is quite poor.

Galatasaray played pretty well. gor the first time in a long while they looked like a team capable of building organized attacks. If they had played against a weaker side instead of Alanya they could have scored a ton of goals today.

We played flawlessly today and won all three points at home. I was a little nervous after returning from Europe because anything can happen. Even though we advanced in Europe, it was a tiring 120-minute match. Galatasaray is leading by 5 points with a game in hand. The team lacks a balanced game they need to press high up the pitch, force mistakes from the opposing team, and then score. They made this mistake against Juventus as well. It's important not to stop pressing high up the pitch because the team's balanced play breaks down badly, and there's no need for that. The team's fitness and strength are good they need to play actively at all times.

Now we also need to defeat Antalyaspor to keep up with them. After the fiasco against Kasımpaşa we must win this one no matter what. Besides we will have another opportunity to go for the 1st place as Galatasaray's fixture is going to be tighter and harder than ours soon.

I hope we benefit from that otherwise we will waste another chance for the league championship.

Honestly, I don't believe Fenerbahçe can win the title. They had a great opportunity to get closer to Galatasaray, but they simply wasted it, as if they didn't care about the Turkish league but only about the European competition. They were eliminated from the European competition, and now they're going to start trying to make up for lost ground in the Turkish league, but in my opinion, it's too late. Galatasaray won't relinquish the lead until the last round, when they will be champions.

Alanyaspor did their homework. they tried to run Galatasaray ragged who had just clocked 140+ km in 120 minutes by keeping the ball moving fast and sharp. It worked in the first half but Galatasaray shut it down in the second.
By the way i still feel like GS hasn't nailed down their best lineup yet and I’m honestly stumped on how to fix it.
