I’m stepping back from the heat to give credit where it’s due. I previously criticized Toshi.bet here, but I must praise the recent improvements. Since yesterday, they finally blocked the 'one-click' registration for new accounts from restricted areas, a much-needed layer of protection for players like me.

It’s just a shame I wasn’t 'lucky' enough to use the platform only after these safety measures were implemented. My only major criticism now is the lack of direct communication; they still ignore my emails and chat, leaving me entirely dependent on third-party mediation to get a response.
Your post seems like you want to register another account or try to test their system one more time without need of actual register a new account. If your intention is the first one, it's bad that you wanted to have self-exclusion but still want to register new account and repeat your mistake again.

If I understand well, self-exclusion is between the casino and the user, it has nothing relaed to the casino's restricted areas at all. You likely misunderstood the diference between user self-exclusion and a casino restriction area list. Self exclusion is for people and users who are from allowed areas (not restricted areas) but no longer want to use the casino with reasons like gambling addiction.

If I am not mistakenly I have told you before to stick to their scam accusation thread and never to keep bugging their Ann thread as that is the only way where you would keep drawing their attention and not here.
You are wrong. Victims would post their problem on an announcement thread; this is also the purpose of an announcement thread where gamblers will engage to improve the gambling platform and share issues as well.

From humanity, I would advise refunding the deposited amount to the sender.
What if the account in question has been disabled and op do no longer have access to the account anymore?
This shows how impatient He could be. To be frank, I wouldn't advised anyone to go request for Self-Exclusion at same time making deposit to the gambling site. However, I am not against him lodging his complaint here but he should be that patient waiting for the team to get him responses before posting again. His post, with me, is like finalizing his case and I will no longer reply him about that. With me, it's clear enough and shows me that Toshi did good moderation on that case, nothing wrong from Toshi side.

I guess the user will continue complaining about it, not likely to get his money - it's actually what he bet and loss, not responsibility of Toshi to refund him. Another reason that is likely his main reason, is making noise as he believes that it is like his revenge for attempt of damaging Toshi's reputation. It's his wrong belief while in fact he was wrong with his bet actions, and Toshi was right so their reputation will remain intact.

I hope they act as fast on my refund for the secondary account as they did on fixing their registration system.
I didn't see any need to compromise the system as you could find it more difficult to scale the system truly as they already has a tools that could easily fetch and detects out account that are actually using a single internet protocol.
As a friendly advice to you, just make sure you didn't have multiple account created on this same gambling site not to face additional issues in time to come because it would affects you the more.

It seems to me that this player is behaving very erratically and inconsistently. 🤷 Yes, it's possible this is due to his psychological instability and gambling addiction. I wish him luck in solving all his problems!
