Its accusation but he didn't bring any proof so people could validate his claims. No mentally sane people would easily believe on just words. That's why if they really need something to bring up and get immediate attention to get help from people or mediator here they should post those proof since its important so people could see that what they are posting is legit.

And again, we can go back to the argument that when there is a new casino in town, usually you will hear accusations against them. Not just for Winna, for all other casinos that started here.
