What was the explanation, did it have something to do with the IP? Was the IP you were using still showing the same location, or at least the same country? Because if it’s the same, then the IP shouldn’t really be the problem. Unless you were using a VPN, which would show a different IP, that could be a good suspect.

But you know, sometimes these things just happen.

Basic troubleshooting applies here too, not just in gambling but with other apps as well. Restarting the modem fixes the issue most of the time.
