After a few attempts, it went back to normal, but I don't know if the problem was on my end, if it was the server, etc
But at least it was resolved and now I haven't had any more problems

I would also test it from a different computer or phone.

Well, the troubleshooting steps you mentioned usually work in a situation when the site isn't accessible at all. But since he mentioned, it was only the sports tab that wasn't visible, it could be that portion of that site was down from the backend and in that case it should be inaccessible for everyone and not just a single user.

$11 is too low if your actual wagered amount is $120k+ at Winna. The birthday bonus is given once a year to the players. So, the bonus rate should have been a little higher for you compared to the wager ratio. Based on my observation, the Winna team focuses more on chat rain than the other bonuses.

Good news if now they count original games wager as 100% toward VIP progress but seems that it is not applied to the VIP transfer bonus progress since it is still written that original games contributes 25% only for the progress of the VIP Transfer bonus.

Maybe they won’t change the wagering requirement rules for the VIP transfer bonus. Many casinos don’t count the wager of in-house games toward the bonus wagering requirement.
