I don’t see Victor osimhen leaving Galatasaray anytime soon, his receiving good amount of money in Galatasaray and they love him so much, so I don’t think his going to leave the club next year.

This is definitely not the kind of result most of us anticipated but i trust that the players have learnt their lesson and that that they will do even better in their next fixture. to an extent, i feel that the super falcons were flat footed in this game and didn't play with the kind of intensity we have usually seen them play with. maybe it is because this is their opener but even at that, as the defending champions, you want to be sure you are getting things right from the start of the game to the end  or else they start to struggle in times they should be qualifying in an easy and smooth way.

I understand where you're heading at, but you should also understand that in as much as life do happen, some people are the cause of their own problems, they don't plan themselves well for the future and end up being broke, that's not life happening that's them failing to prepare for the rainy days.
 For instance take a look at Cristiano Ronaldo, despite all the deals he has he still set out difference investment in his home country and outside from hotels to sports investments and so on, such person is already planing for the future. Some footballers buy shares in football clubs, I doubt they'll go broke but some involve themselves with women that accuse and ruin their career.

If not that as humans, we need to pity our fellow humans, no one is supposed to pity any footballer that had the opportunity to play in good clubs for where they were paid very big and later become very poor, I read the text of someone that said life happens, yea it actually happens but there are people that are just stupid let me use that word, some of these footballers came from a poor background before they got to that level, so their poor background didn't teach them that they need to plan for their retirement, some persons poor today because they didn't not plan well or they inverted in a scam shit but what about investing in real estate or any other good assets, it is unfortunate that Taye Taiwo that we know is such situation although I don't know how true such story is because facebook shit can be fake but being poor after such Networth is crazy.

You need to understand that there are many factors arounds this players that you may not be aware of so you cannot just conclude and say they lived and extravagant lifestyle and that alone resulted in their poverty, i do not have a proper knowledge of it all but there's surely some other salient factors which may not be spelt out to the public, African player are mostly affected with this saga, so you can't tell me they all were just extravagant and that was why, there may be an untold story we are yet to know about.

We cannot generalize it to all of them, there are stories of some of these players who had a divorce case after which they were brought to their lowest and so many other cases, so it's not all of them that suffered such fate for not investing and mismanagement of funds, some does have genuine reasons for which they are where they are at currently.

They were stunned by the Malawians, maybe they underrated them a bit or  the girls took them by surprise. The Super Falcons came late to the party and they allowed their opponents take the lead thrice it was a bad performance by the Falcons, I hope they do better in their next game.

Let it not be that our girls have slacked behind by allowing the pride of their previous achievements get to them, they need to take every game as the finals and continue their dominance on the African continent.

Ghana vs Cape Verde by 7:00:00 and Cameron vs Mli by 9:00:00. Nigeria is the defending champions of the Women African Cup of Nations WAFCON.
Nigeria defense was very poor yesterday and the positioning of the goalkeeper was bad and that created a lot of chances for Malawi women to score more goals. Zambia is leading the group stage. Nigerian captain Ajibade said, they will do will to win their next matches and she apologized. Nigeria next match is with Zambia which is the leading team in the group stage.

I was watching the Nigeria match yesterday to be honest it was very boring I could not keep up and I stopped watching it, I don't think I will follow the tournament however, when they get to semi-final I may start following it up again.

I was watching the Nigeria match yesterday to be honest it was very boring I could not keep up and I stopped watching it, I don't think I will follow the tournament however, when they get to semi-final I may start following it up again.

Not sure if he meant to post it here or on the FIFA thread because the last two pages have been about the WAFCON. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to watch any of the matches so far, however I try my best to follow the highlights. Nigeria losing to Malawi wasn’t on my mind at all. Malawi is ranked 153 on FIFA world rankings so I thought it would be an easy win for the Super Falcons. Maybe the players also suffered from the same overconfidence coming into the game. That would explain how we conceded so easily, the third goal was particularly painful to watch. The goalkeeper completely lost her position and ultimately cost us the game. All hope is not lost yet, it’s only the beginning. I believe we will make up for this loss by beating Zamia on Saturday.
