I advise no Nigerian to get their hopes high concerning the Super Eagles, we do not have good team coherence to say we will get complete six points, and even getting to the world cup if we manage to get through, we do not have the team that can get through the group stages of the world cup.

There is always room for improvement, so if we get lucky and make it to the World Cup, then there is a chance to work on what needs to be done and at least make it to the knockout stage of the competition. That said, it is a long way from now and we cannot realistically be talking about the World Cup in our present situation.

The points deduction is a wake up call for the Super Eagles, and I believe the Super Eagles will win their two remaining matches so that they can have a chance of qualifying for the World Cup. I agree with your point because I have seen such thing before. In those days we thought it is because Nigeria Super Eagles participation in the world cup brought many people to view the games and FIFA make money from it in African teams in the world cup.

To support the Super Eagles of Nigeria is not the problem but what’s their chance of qualifying to the World Cup again this year?
They have just 11 points, they should have won against South Africa to have more opportunity. Benin Republic can’t just stay and allow the Super Eagles to take the spot, they will try as much as they can to also keep playing well to make sure they also qualify same as South Africa too because they will do their best to cover up for the three deducted points.
The only thing Super Eagle can do for themselves is to win all their remaining matches and watch how other teams play, if they are lucky to qualify fine, but their chances are very low compare to Benin Republic and South Africa.

When it comes to squad quality they are not in the same level as Nigeria, almost all our players compete internationally under big clubs, our players worth are far greater than any country, in every way round we are good except from winning games and qualifying for world stage.

The super eagles fans are absolutely aware that what happened to South Africa hasn't given them an automatic ticket to play in next year's World Cup, but it has given the super eagles the lifeline to qualify for the World Cup, and that is why some people are happy over what happened to South Africa. The problem isn't if South Africa or Benin would drop points; the problem is for the super eagles to win their remaining matches because there's a big possibility that South Africa and Benin can't win their remaining matches. Benin fan would be celebrating for what happened to South Africa, and since Benin citizens aren't in the forum, they can't express how they feel about what happened to South Africa.

That's true because 10 or 20% is nothing to give any hope of achievement because if they think they have hope what will countries who has 30 and 40% chance say about there own case, is from 50 to 60% a country could say they are hopeful and not certain because they might loss the opportunity so on this case there is no way for them to double chance all the teams with perfect percentage. Are you still hopeful of there World Cup through those two countries remaining for them?, at least before we can think that, we should also analyze the both teams on the top if they can loss the ones they have because all efforts will still worth to nothing if the best two positively finish all they have left.

supporting fellow African nations is actually a good thing, but in Nigeria, with the level of talented players we have, should be leading the way and not just supporting from Conner and when you look at the kind of players we produce, many of them are doing well in top European clubs. And if you look at the way they play in other leagues there's really no use use us to struggle in the qualifications of our games. The most annoying part is that on paper, Nigeria is seen as the strongest team in Africa. We have football skills and international exposure, yet when it comes to our own game's that matters most, we fall short not because of lack of talent, lack of team coordination, and good planning.

I don't think i will be able to give any other country the kind of support like i would if it was Nigeria who qualified, same to every Nigerians who would be watching the games. We trusted the team to deliver, all our home matches has been given maximum support from the fans, we are disappointed to some extent when we don't have to bother about the outcome anymore. Our last two games deciding our faith with least possibilities of making it to the World Cup.

Lesotho has been given free 3 points, Benin Republic by goals difference are moved top of the group with 14 points as SA. The two matches left to play what the two countries need to qualify is a one win and a draw.

Now, what is the fate of Nigeria winning their two matches to gain 17 points under the circumstance that SA or Benin lost or draw  their two matches?

Doesn't matter much but at least the chances of the Super Eagles qualifying directly or playing playoff is now better than it was before the points deduction.

The most important thing is we still have Benin Republic to play in what could be a playoff decider in the last fixture. If we're able to take advantage of the Losotho game and score an many goals as possible to increase it our SD score that would give us some kind of advantage of we're able to win our last two remaining games.

One draw or loss will end the World Cup dreams of the Super Eagles. As patriotic Nigerians, we are optimistic that we will win these two games. But the caveat is only if we improve and play this game desperately. Coach Eric Chelle have not shown us that he has what it takes to lead the team to the World Cup because the team is practically struggling. The South African game is still fresh in my memory, the Super Eagles highly underperformed.

When your country's team can't make us proud, then we do not have any other options than to support another country's team that's good and capable of doing what the super eagle team can't do, and according to what you said regarding the super eagle team having the required squad to deliver when needful but they're incapable of helping the team qualifying whenever we have important competition, I don't really get the whole thing around super eagle team struggling to qualify.
