Bro honestly speaking i myself i really having that kinds of feelings seeing how the Nigerian super Eagles finds hard to ether predict if the super Eagles can win most time, well the Super Eagles' struggles in tournaments can be disheartening, especially with the talent they have. You're right; the path to World Cup qualification seems it not that possible.

Personally, I have already given up on the Nigerian national team on the world cup qualification, even if they manage to win their remaining two games of which I don't even see the possibility of that. Let's say they win both and South Africa on the other hand wins both as well, automatically they will be first in the group and it will depend on the numbers of goal Nigeria will score against their last two opponent of which Benin Republic is one of the two countries left to be played against by Nigeria. Let's say, they still manage to finish second, the question again is, can they win and qualify through playoffs?

This is the best way to stay free from much worries, let them do the needful by themselves after all the ones that we were relying on them was totally nothing. Who knows maybe given up on Nigerian national team might likely motivate them to perform well in this their remaining matches because I don't know if it too much reliance that is making them not to win matches. However, as is stance now Super Eagles qualification lies in their efforts.

Hummmmm you are right because I'm really tired with this high hope I'm having every time if they can't qualify so be it they have good players but they fine it difficult to win matches right now super eagles has the best players in Africa but there's nothing to write home about it is a big shame to us, I'm not even sure if they can win this two remaining matches because this is a very dangerous time no team will let the other team win they may end up even drawing the two matches, I really don't know if it is the super eagles coach that is the problem or the players but for me I will blame the coach his not using the players very well.

Giving up on Nigerian team qualification to the 2026 world  in the best way to avoid high blood pressure and other dysfunctional issues that can take once life on a long run.  Before there qualifications became very competitive now, they had all it takes to come out in flying colours but failed to capitalise on south African's weakness the last time they played and secure a draw in the game.  

The problem of the super eagles team not qualifying for the world cup is still not conspicuous making it difficult for the solution to be identified, but could be achieved if political interference is totally eliminated from football and left on a plain ground

Lets put political issues aside and focus more on them qualifying and we should never forget that the Super Eagles will be more serious now that they only have just one shot in qualifying for the World Cup, that is how we are built, that's getting serious at the last minute. After the deduction of point from the South Africa side the Eagles saw it as an opportunity which I feel they are going to use it well, now the number 1 spot still open for Benin, South Africa and Nigeria so these teams have it on them if they lose any game. If the Super Eagles mistakenly qualify for the World Cup I don't want them to see the Super Eagles to be as wasteful as they are in this qualification in the World Cup.

This is not the first time we are finding ourselves in a situation like this current one when it has to do with qualifications for the world cup, no dominance at all. Back then if we see the Super Eagles in group as this very group that we are now, we're going to say Nigeria will lead the group because we trust them and they are the biggest country in that group but now things have changed that it is hard to say this is the actual problem, is becoming serious and our problem is like that of Manchester United and we some how look like the England national team, good players but they can't play to expectation.
I don't see Victor Osimhem as the only serious player in the Super Eagles, Lookman is also a very serious players for the national side but my problem is the way they get injured after every national games, this makes them to reduce the way they go into challenges because the NFF isn't doing their best to make the players feel comfortable, so many things can make these guys put their all for the country but we know how poor our organizers are, but for now the Super Eagles have a big task ahead of them and I believe they'll win both remaining legs, it is now or never.

For the past few days I have seen  a lot comments consigning the super eagles qualification to the world cup, my questions are do they really deserve to qualify for the world cup after losing their golden opportunity and what is going on with the team that they can't prove themselves with the qualities of players they have.
The super eagles of Nigeria have one of the best team to qualify and even win the world cup if properly managed but never show when expected to do so at all time, the reason is what I can't tell, although at times the team is affected by political interference because that is the only reason why a team with such quality players will not perform and most work on those challenging issues if they want to go beyond this level.

Sometimes I just wish to have a dream where the Super Eagles have won their remaining matches but that's not the case here, it could happen that the Eagles can make it to the world cup and I can't stop wishing and hoping on them to do better even if they are always terrible on the pitch. You are not far from the truth mate, our super eagles are not as strong as they used to be in the past, but should we be hopeful? Yes because nothing is in possible. I really don't think Nigeria can win this two matches because they are not that inform and that is the reason why the super eagles is in this critical condition they are not inform, however just like you said Nigerian super eagles can win Lesotho because they are more inform than Lesotho team but winning Benin will be a very difficult one for them because Benin is a very strong team, Nigeria super eagles are not performing as expected and I don't really know the reason why they are not inform they have good players that are doing very well in there different clubs, a coach that knows how to use players very well will use the current Nigeria super eagles players to win matches because they have good players.
