It was only the infrastructural side of Morocco that was enjoyed in the AFCON, the stadiums and other facilities were alright as well, but the behavior by the Moroccans truly surprised us, they didn't just come to play in the AFCON or hosted the AFCON as the host for the tournament, they had the motive of winning the AFCON using every means they possibly can.

Any sanction Morocco claims to file against Senegal is useless, the tried to stress their opponents mentally in a way it will affect their performance,

I haven't seen all the stadium in Africa but from all the ones we always watch while AFCON is ongoing non has competed Morocco stadium because most of the previous stadium was a semi standard stadium but this Morocco own is international standard for playing, they have everything and the capacity is of no questionable view, a world Cup can actually be played on that stadium for the sake of standard. Sanction on Senegal?, they wouldn't sanction them because of the amicable reconciliation of action from Senegal and they didn't fight each other to determine the rules they had broken.

Have you personally conducted research to know if Morocco is the only country in Africa that has world class stadiums to host the Afcon tournament or the world cup tournament? You only have the conviction that Morocco is the only country in Africa that has world class stadiums because of what you saw in the just concluded Afcon tournament. Morocco is not the only country that has world class stadiums in Africa; we have a lot of African countries with world class stadiums. South Africa was the host of the 2010 world cup tournament, and i believe if South Africa did not have world class stadiums, fifa would not have allowed South Africa to host the 2010 world cup tournament.

For a country like Nigeria to be celebrating a third position is ridiculously unbelievable. Who cares about it when even the second in position hard to cry their ass out because they'll expecting to win. Every country are looking ahead to be the number that will take the cup and for the super eagle to fail us by ending with a third position, is a ridicule that should not be celebrated.

I think you should stop using past glories to rate Nigeria. For a country like Nigeria to be celebrating 3rd place is ridiculous? True they need to improve because they are not doing well as they should but I don't expect much from them since for a long time now they have not done anything serious to stand out even in Africa. Even if they win Morocco and reach the final I don't think they can win Senegal.  Compared to the past I think Nigeria did well, they played well that's why most people are celebrating it, there is a bit of improvement in how they play so it's a good sign at least, we just hope they keep it up until they can start winning trophies again.

Morocco over did it, they were obsessed with winning it as if it's their birth right just because they are the host nation and that has made a lot of people criticize them. They are playing well but some things they did made them look like the villian, they did everything possible just so they can win it that's why they are pained that they couldn't win it.

CAF begins to take punitive measures against Players and Referees who defaulted during the just-concluded AFCON tournament, which was held in Morocco.

Good to know that CAF has investigated the Nigeria versus Algeria match and gave punishment defaulters accordingly, at least they have started from somewhere while we await for the outcome of investigation from other teams, players, and referees that engaged in match misconduct. I said it earlier that it's not only Morocco that will be punished, other countries will also follow suit in order to enhance fair play in future AFCON competition.

It is good that they have been able to do their investigations and others pending. However, this measure goes a long way to instill discipline in African Football; otherwise, it would become a norm where players and referees would begin to misbehave during a match, and that is how the tradition begins, and football in Africa would lose its relevance in the world football league.

CAF should not be partial in their judgment and investigations, and anybody found wanting should go in for it, as that would go a long way to serve as lessons to those who think of acting funny because of the FIFA recognition they have. There must be discipline and decorum in African football.

In 1984, Morocco left the African Union (AU) and came back after 33 years, that's in 2017. They came back not because they wanted to but because they have been denied severally by the European Union (EU). They claim since they are whites, they deserve to be amongst the whites instead of the blacks but their country is in the continent of Africa, so their request to join the EU was denied. They shamelessly return to the AU and you will be wondering why they were accepted, maybe because we don't cast people out even when they feel that we don't belong together. I saw so many post of them saying how they are not Africans. You are not Africans but you still bid to host the AFCON, are you that shameless? And when you didn't win it even after cheating your way to the finals and you were beaten for it, you come out to cry foul. Shame

Senegal is there celebrating their trophy and victory at last, Nigerians are there celebrating what is not it, this is a cup that should be in the hands of the super eagles, but its so disappointing now that the eagle could not fly any longer on a long distance, If Morocco can cry for being second, then the Nigerian Super Eagles should lament and shed tears, cover their eyes for shame and hide somewhere.

Very funny, you got me laughing where you said that the eagles could not fly any longer on a distance your words, funny you, but what you said is true, at some point I started supporting the supers eagles but i was not putting it in my mind seriously because I know that they can disappoint but do they really disappoint, I think no, circumstances led them not to go to the finals, which I believe any team can also be stopped at that point, it is penalty shootout and we can not keep apportioning blames, I know anger, even as that we should take it easy, personally, I will not stop blaming them for not qualifying for the world cup.

Its absolutely very shameful to be honest, I've not taken the time to read about the history of Africa and Morocco in particular since their country and whatever they do there isn't my business, it's seeing this part of their history here makes me really disappointed in them, they really messed up the AFCON by them bribing officials to ensure they win, but unfortunately, things didn't turn out the way the officials had arranged it should, and instead of them holding the officials they bribed responsible, they are busy running around a burning bush, it's a shame really and I do not blame them.

If the AFCON had any reputable officials, Morocco should be fined heavily for denying some teams in the AFCON a fair play opportunity, Morocco wouldn't have made it to even the quarter finals if they played all their games fairly.

I guess you did not read my first paragraph well to no how I started before saying about the beautiful stadium Morocco has. But to answer you I have not researched on each of the African countries and there stadium to no if there are more beautiful stadium than what Morocco has, there could be another but I don't no since I have not seen it but however if there are researched you had regarding this stadium you can tell me which of the countries you think has the best one so that I will no and also not put the Moroccan stadium as the highest I have recently seen.

Moroccans are friendly people, that was a game for football everyone wants to win using every strategy they have within them. It was a football strategy, don't judge the entire nation with a players attitudes.  Morocco is one of the ordinates citizens in Africa, they have development and sometimes they are rewarded as Euro because they lose to Spain by boundary.

It's a nice place to visit, cheap accommodations and feeding, beautiful city and ancient views. Don't change your plan make a visit to the most beautiful city after Rwanda in Africa.

No bro, it hasn't gotten to that point where you will have to think twice before visiting the country, what I just sense was that they were doing everything possible just to win it, which became too obvious, and it became a day light robbery against the Senegalese team.
As for the towel incident in Nigeria and Senegalese game, I think that Mendy the Senegalese goalkeeper said after the game that the Moroccan team saw that towel as a voodoo used by goalkeepers, that's why they were behaving in such a manner concerning his  towel, and he was stating that he needed that towel to clean his face and his glove, nothing more attached, contrary to what the moroccan team believes.

Morocco is not the only country that has world class stadiums in Africa; we have a lot of African countries with world class stadiums. South Africa was the host of the 2010 world cup tournament, and i believe if South Africa did not have world class stadiums, fifa would not have allowed South Africa to host the 2010 world cup tournament.

Africa as a whole, we have countries that have the world class stadium, and Morocco is said not to be the only one because countries like Egypt, South Africa, Algeria, Nigeria, and Cameroon do have world-class stadiums in their country and they have a capacity of tens of thousands, to contain football fans that want to watch their favorite country in the field of play.

Let me give a few points why Morocco is choosing to host the AFCON tournament: its proven track record, their government support, their readiness in infrastructure and organizing experience,   they don't give excuses as most African countries do because of what is involved in funding any African tournament. Not forgetting their hospitality and security network being strong in combating crimes

I remember when they qualified for the semi-finals of the last World Cup. They refuse to acknowledge Africa. They recognised the Arab world and didn't mention Africa. Meanwhile, the entire nation on the African continent was supporting them. Morrocco don't deserve Africa because they are racist and feel superior. They are bad losers and inexperienced.

Africa will not miss them if they leave because they are causing division and giving African football a bad image. Any country that wants to abandon its identity would be seen as second class country somewhere else.

I feel that for Morocco, lightening struck twice. Their women lost to Nigeria in the finals and when they could have removed that embarrassment, they lost to Senegal and couldn't act mature enough and admit that they have lost, instead they are passing the blame to others.

I really don’t understand why you are disappointed at Morocco for no reason, because they hosted a good Tournament, and I wanted them to win the tournament but unfortunately they couldn’t win the tournament because of Senegalese players and Coach awful bad decisions and behavior.

Everyone is talking about Morocco and saying how they badly behaved in the AFCON Tournament and the only bad behavior I will imagine is for them taking the Goalkeeper Towel, which I think that the Senegalese Goalkeeper Mendy have justified the reason why the Moroccans where taking this towels from the Goalkeepers we all know what African is all about when it comes to Vudu, the Moroccans feels that this goalkeepers might be putting some Vudu in their towel to help them and influence the game, we all know this things might be real or not, but obviously we have heard this story several times and you wouldn’t know what to believe.

It REALLY isn't about just towel situation. Just minutes before the penalty position, Senegal found a goal that was clear goal and the everyone in the world agreed that it was a very clean goal, and yet the referee denied that goal to Senegal, and only a few minutes later a very simple move got called as penalty, even after checking it on VAR many times, seeing how that wasn't a penalty and nobody in the world said it could be considered a penalty, the referee still kept his decision.

This corruption to force Morocco to win the title is the reason why everyone hated them, it's as easy as that. Doesn't mean it will last, eventually everyone will forget about this, but for right now you have to understand that its normal to get hate because of corruption.

I don't know why this is even still a discussion, I mean it's all on video the action and all the rubbish that morroco actually did in hosting this competition and it's just a pity that they are still going to be hosting the next world cup when this current one that want to start is over .  I could imagine the nonsense that they would do when the whole world is present to watch their game and their actions in the world cup. The sweet part about this AFCON is that after all their strategies to do away with the trophy, it all ended in them still not winning it which is something every African that watch this competition was happy with.

And they won't have that opportunity to cheat again, and it was very good that they were not able to win the trophy, so there is a lot that happened that pissed a lot of people off, and Algeria fought for there trophy because they worked hard for that so no matter what the case might be they wont even smell it for a very long time, and and no matter what the thing might be, it has finished so everyone have know there place already.

It seems that CAF didn't see all of those craps done by Morocco players. I think VAR is only concerned about the game and not about who takes who's towel. However, I'm not surprised that's coming from CAF because I already have it in mind since onset that CAF is corrupt and that will make AFCON look like shit in coming years because whomever, gives CAF the highest bribe will be supported by them.

For CAF not to break silence on Morocco stealing towels in the African Cup of Nations shows how corrupt CAF is, and CAF will always protect the interests of the country or the team that paid the highest money to be favored in the African Cup of Nations. For us to have a transparent African Cup of Nations, the current CAF president should be changed.

The AFCON tournament just ended last Sunday, it's not enough time for CAF to review some of the irregularities that happened in the AFCON matches especially the ones that come from Morocco precisely. However, we should give CAF some more time if they will actually make an official statement in what happened in the final match between Morocco and Senegal and if thoroughly reviewed, even the Senegal team will not escape sanction because no matter the poor officiating by referees and match officials, it doesn't warrant players leaving the pitch based on instruction from the coach so the Senegal head coach or the team will likely face a sanction. I don't even think that Morocco team will be sanctioned, maybe the country will bear the brunt since they are the host nation.

It would be unfair to expect a morroccon person to see all of what happened as justified, of course they would consider it being something that is normal and they would even go to say that Senegal was the one who was wrong, because it is them who are at the end of the short stick right now.

But when the whole world gets together to say that you were corrupting the game, then it is democracy, the world of football has already seen the game and decisions and it's easy to see why Morocco is getting the hate.

It’s a formal process for CAF to carry out investigations for them to determine their decision on the matter. The unprofessionalism of the Moroccan officials, stewards, ball boys, players in the Afcon is a shame and there are video evidence to make the CAF investigations fast and conclusive.
But I think CAF are incompetent because before the finals the Moroccan team has been intimidating other teams this way and CAF were silent and that is why they did it in the final.

On a very sad not for them, their obsession didn't gwt them the trophy despite all that they did in other to get the title to their side. Been a host nation isn't a automatic criteria to win and I see that Morocco were moving in that lights, but I got even glad when they lost it because  they weren't as good as their opponent in the game and so I really do love to see them understand that they didn't have to put all the drama they did put up for them to win if at all they were ever supposed to win.
