I don’t think Africans teams have a chance to win the World Cup, considering how the best players from Africa are choosing to play for European countries, most especially France are taking all the best players from Africa which means that Africa doesn’t have a chance to win the World Cup, Morocco are playing better because there’re players that have been rejected by the French National Team and they’re a good players who chooses to play for Morocco because there is no chance for them in the French National Team, when you think about Africa winning the World Cup is something that I don’t understand where you’re getting your facts and information from that makes you think that Africa is going to win the World Cup.

Perfectly  said, when the match  between  the Morocco  and France  was playing  if you invite  someone  that doesn't  know about  football  and the countries  playing  at that moment  to tell you wch of the country  is from Africa I am sure the person  will pick  the France team because  the whole team is dominated  by black African  players  that nationalize  to France, from the attack to the midfield down  to the defensive lines  are all dominated  by African  players  that chose  France over their  fatherland. And the truth  is just as you've said  it will be very  difficult  for any African  country to win the world  cup if it coutinues this way.

If not the Morocco  that has made it to the semi final  in the previous  world  cup, none has come close. In this tournament  again all the African  team has already  being  eliminated, African countries  need to invest in their  football  to attract their nationality  choose  them over any European  country.

This 2026 world has really proven that African football team are really doing great in terms of football. The team that suprise me the most is the Cape Verde, I never imagined that they will qualify the rounds of 32  and also Morocco. This African football team did there best and I believe by next world cup, there maybe more outstanding performance from this Africans team.
As for Morocco winning the world cup , I was never expecting that especially when they were to face France in the quarter finals.

AFrican teams performed beyond expectations especially Morocco, Moroccan deserve to go further in this world cup, the guys showed that Africans have good squads that can compete in the world football, at this point, I don't want to blame those that left earlier before Morocco was finally eliminated, with what we saw, they will likely do better in the next world, before the world cup started, I was not comfortable with all the African teams, despite that I know Senegal, Morocco and Algeria as African teams that do try in our nations cup football, I wasn't convinced if they will take that to the world cup, however, they did what they can do, even though Morocco is out, they made Africa proud which we won't forget easily.

Ones a soldier, always a soldier, Africa has very good and quality players, our problem is one thing, age and how to discover our top talents at a young tender age, if Africa can look into this and come up strategies, initiatives that will help us discover and sign our top talents at their young age, I believe we will advance and become the best in world class football.

And speaking of Morocco, they did their best for sure, but for me, I don't think their best was as good as it was in the last world Cup in 2022, because if I remember well, Morocco made it to the semi finals that year, but this year, they ended the journey in quarter finals, it's still a good achievement though, but I was expecting them to atleast reach the semi finals again if they can't make it to the finals..
An African team will need to reach the finals, its been years, and I mean years since we saw an African team play in the finals of the world Cup, other continents that are dominating doesn't have two heads, we really need to rise up and do better, we can't continue celebrating failure as a win.

Were you having this sort of dreams earlier in this competition, I don't even see African teams lifting that trophy in the next WC competition. The standard of our football in Africa is very low and it would take a lot of improvements on the condition of sports in African countries to even get close. Most of the players that represented Morocco are playing in Europe and if they got the chance, they would've preferred to represent European countries rather than their fatherlands.

I didn't forget once dreamt that African team will win the world Cup but the performance of African teams have shown that African teamsnare closer to breaking through in football than ever. I agree that African teams doesn't have a chance to win the World Cup because no African team can win the European powerhouses in the World Cup right now, I don't think African players choosing to play for European countries is the reason why African teams are yet to win the World Cup, because Mbappe wanted to player for Cameroon in the first place but he was asked to pay money before he could have a chance to join the indomitable lions of Cameroon, and since he couldn't pay the money, he has no choice than to play for France, which he got the opportunity and he grown into a World class player. Africa still have a lot of young talents they are yet to be discovered, if African leaders can give all players equal chance and select the players that meets the qualifications to play for their national team, I think African teams would have a chance to win the World Cup.

This is very sad news. South Africa lost a young man of just 25 years. This is a big loss for them. Undoubtedly, Jayden Adams could have served South Africa for a long time. Oh death, this is a sad one, for a player that just got back from the world cup, means he has been healthy, what then could be the cause of his death. This is a big loss to South Africa and the entire CAF, footballers dying is always a rare case especially for a youngster. Not to long ago, the remembrance of Diogo Jota was done, I got heartbroken all over again. I couldn't believe how Jayden Adams has gone too soon after appearing in all the South African matches, although the only time I did not see him was the South Africa last match and that was the match Canada qualified, perhaps it was when he must have been very sick, but for all other matches he was looking very well to me on the field but unknowing to him that this year world cup is going to be his last, actually South Africa has lost a big one there. I was actually impressed with the way African clubs performed because I did not expect them to even get to the level they are and it is actually very nice of them even if they will not win and I know that morroco will not go far and that is why to some extent I feel like even Senegal tried and the kind of squad they were coming with I don't expect them to go this far so next world cup is going to be tougher than this Because just look the way goals are going back and front so it did not go the way all of us expected because this is the most interesting world cup.

I'm not from Nigeria, I'm from Mozambique, but even I know that the Nigerian national team has more talented players than Cape Verde. I'm talking about individual talent; having talented players doesn't guarantee victory. A team plays collectively. Look at Portugal, they have Cristiano Ronaldo; Nigeria has Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman. It's true that the current Nigerian team is far inferior to the teams of Nwankwo Kanu, Jay Jay Okocha, and Taribo West. Cape Verde plays very well as a team; they are strong and have a good coach. Nigeria lacks a good coach.

The tragic events of life will always get to us and it's just crazy because their is absolutely no way to avoid it as it's an inevitable faith that everyone has to suffer but the only issue is that some of the people gets affected are just too young because if the would have been that the person is already aged person then it would have considered that he has already enjoyed and loved life on earth but in this case he is still a vibrant young and active player which is just too sad.
