It wasn't easy to be a France fan yesterday, even after Spain won France 1-0 in the first half, I was expecting France to bring the match on level terms in the second half but Spain scored a quick goal and took their lead to 2-0, that's when I knew it was over for France, their hope of reaching the final has been tarnished by Spain, and if not that Lamine Yamal goal was disallowed because of offside, Spain would had won France 3-0.

Egypt's squad was also very strong in this world cup. Their performance against Argentina also surprised  me. They were able to  create some incredible chances. At the same time, their  counterattacks were also very fast. One of the reasons they lost this match was that they thought that they would  not lose the match after being  2-0 up. But Argentina's players were very confident. In the end , Egypt probably conceded 3 goals in the last  15 minutes. If Egypt could have kept  their defense strong in the last few minutes, the team would have  been able to qualify for the quarter-finals.

I am  waiting to see how they do it against England today. I was not satisfied with their performance against Switzerland in the last match. If Argentina performs like this against england today, then their chances of  winning are very low.

It seems like teams tidy has African players were not lucky this time around because I never expected Spain to handicap France the way they did yesterday and coming to watch England lose against Argentina after being at advantage for almost 80 minutes makes me wonder if it's a curse on them because the coach made a terrible mistake when he substituted Rice in the game because there was no way you don't expect Argentina to score when they made crazy changes and England had no strong midfielder to control the ball for his team to play. You saying that Spain was a better side with goals will make someone who didn't watch the match to believe Spain were just lucky to score the two goals that gave them victory against France, while France dominated the match but was unlucky to score goals and win. I know very well Spain scored their two goals with the only two shots they had on target, but they were a better side in the whole of the match they frustrated France to the extend of Olise was subbed off in the second half.

Why are you supporting Nigeria or African sides in any competition? I guess it's because of your location or race. Come to think of it, don't I have the right to support who I want? It's my choice to support the black race, and you can support European or Americans.

The major reason why I support African players in the diaspora is because of sympathy. They are always targeted by racists when they make mistakes. Hope you read some reports of how some white supremacists are insulting the French team because they have more black players. It would have been an indirect victory for the black race if France had won this World Cup.

the final match will be tough because it is a Spain and Argentina, and as I predicted before earlier that if Spain score goal before Argentina Argentina will not have the opportunity to equalize the match as they did in both Egypt and England, because why the penetrated England in order to win them after England have protected their goal to 84 minutes before Argentina score their first goal, if it were spain they wouldn't have seen the opportunity to equalize talk more of winning, because Spain have goalkeeper and also have a defensive so before they can win Spain it will be hard for them...

I support Nigeria because of nationality, and for any other African country, because we are from the same continent. Of course, you have the right to support who you want, but i'm not supporting any country because they have more black players, don't forget many of us here did not support South Africa when they played other nations, choosing who to support is always optional.

I feel so bad when I was watching the match, because what I was expecting from France was different from how they performed in the match, I was so confident that France will win the match, but they really disappointed me because I even placed bet on them to win the match, but they disappointed me. Immediately Spain scored the first goal, I knew France were going to find it difficult to equalize in the match and Spain added another goal before the match ended. But they conveniently ignore FIFA when they rig games for their favorite teams and bend the rules to favor certain teams. FIFA has lost all credibility, especially when a red card can be overturned after the game.
