Honestly that's really sad to see, but you know Trump sometimes can be a very hard man. He himself had to intervene so as to have the red card's punishment overruled. I know FIFA should've stood their ground and do what is right, but I guess they couldn't resist such big figure's pressure.

Although the player paid a fine and was placed on a one year probation period. If within this one year he receives another red card, he'll serve this match ban and that red card's penalty as well.

But even at that, I think Infantino made the wrong call for giving into Trump's pressure.

Fifa president Infantino has no excuse for the cancellation of the red card punishment because that killed the only integrity he has left. Football is not politics and politicians should have no say in what's happening in a foot matches, unless human lives are threatened.

 What Infantino did because of Donald Trump is wrong because he bent and compromise the rules just to please someone that knows nothing about football, so it's because of that I believe that he is not fit to continue as the president of Fifa because he has shown in all capacity that he is corrupted and not fitted for the position.

Let's be honest without self for once, didn't we see the shameless thing Afcon did after Senegal won the last title? They went to court for a title that was won but wanted to turn it down. If is by supporting base on the blacks in each of the country that means having a favourite between all the country will be difficult because you will find a black player in any country you watch there match and there are some that only the black players dominated and out of their complete number you could see up to seven black players, although after every country in Africa France took over the black players in the world, maybe that's also the reason they had most of the supporters and I liked them for so many reasons, they're nice, good football country and also most of there players are part of the ones I like in club side.

It's not only you that watched the match, l watched the match also. I wanted France to advance to the final, but after Spain made things difficult for them and won the match 2-0, I was so sad and I went straight to sleep. Spain dominated France in the whole of the match and they deserve the win. Spain has a very good defense they only concede one goal so far in this tournament, I'm rooting for them to win any team that will advance to the final in this today's semi final match.

I also like Argentina's gameplay very much. The team is performing really well. They have a polite manager like Scaloni. At the same  time, Messi is also very polite, we know this football. It can be said  that there are no such fierce players in the argentina squad. But it is true that argentina's fans are quite fierce. I have seen  several such news. We do not expect  such racism or violence at all. Fans should  be more tolerant and give enough respect to the opposing fans.

I think almost everyone will agree with you about some preferential treatment going to the Moroccans most especially the issue of towel that they were getting away from throughout the tournament. But two truths can still exist, that game wasn’t well officiated but Senegal made a mistake of walking out because we have seen such kind of bad officiating even in this ongoing World Cup and players do not dare to walk out. Senegal were lucky they had experience in Mane who ask them to come back if not they will be punished more.

But personally I think CAF actually complicated the situation by taking that decision of stripping Senegal off the title because only the referee has that lower and he completed that game, had the referee failed to complete that game then we could be talking about awarding the trophy through court but this situation brought more disgrace to the tournament

Regardless of me being an African, Portugal was my top priority. I wanted them to win the World Cup but when they were knocked out, I gave Egypt my full support. But after Egypt was knocked out by Argentina, I supported France, and then they were also knocked out. Since all the countries I supported in this World Cup couldn't make it to the final, I have no choice than to support Spain in the finals.

Many fingers has been pointed at the FIFA president as being corrupt and has really not being fair in some rules already on ground which are supposed to be obeyed. From the beginning of this World cup, it has been full of controversies, from denying some players entry Visa, including a referee, to high cost of tickets and whole lot. Today the FIFA presidents is directly involved in disciplinary actions that where done in the field of play, which I've never heard before. The FIFA president should understand that, there is a thick line between administration and the activities that happens on pitch, if he wants to introduce politics into football actions then we will have to remind him that the game has long being in existence before he became president.

Argentina deserves to be in the World Cup final; FIFA did not help them come this far. IMO, Infantino had few choices. If he had stood his ground, then retarded Trump could ruin the entire tournament. Anyway, sport is no longer a sport. It has become business. I am glad that at least in association football the fans are not staying silent and are raising their voice. In cricket, the ICC is coming up with such retarded moves, that it is now difficult to separate satire from news. BTW, as I mentioned in one of the previous posts, I am looking forward to the expansion of the 2030 FIFA World Cup to 64 teams. Usually your posts are more calm and respectful, I understand that football excites people and brings out their emotions especially the Ronaldo & Messi fans. Do not turn a blind eye to the truth because you like a player. Even after the game, one of the players allegedly said a racist slur that Jude Bellingham heard, and that caused a fight. You may be right, not everyone in the team may be racist but they were silent and did nothing to stop the others from singing racist chants.
