We came out of maintenance mode on Cryptsy after 14 days.  The result was 14 days of mined SmartCoins got dumped at Cryptsy today dropping the price a bit.  We went into maintenance mode because our block explorer went down, but it is working fine now.

tl;dr  deposits and withdrawals are re-enabled at Cryptsy

edit:  if you have deposits that still have not posted don't worry, Cryptsy will rescan the wallet soon and they will post
