[RESOLVED] BC.GAME is a scam casino. Take your money elsewhere ASAP

I have been locked out of my account for literally no reason.

"The account closure was due to multiple activities that were found to be inconsistent with our Terms and Conditions, including actions that compromise fairness or security on the platform"

They didn't want to disclose more details, but after some time going back and forth:

"Please know that our system has detected an unusually high number of bonus claims associated with your account, which constitutes a violation of our terms and conditions."

Bare in mind I've only redeemed the bonuses that BC.GAME sent me via email. Nothing sketchy.
I guess that managing to successfully rollover into a withdrawal is considerable inconsistent with T&C  
All they want is for you to get hooked in and then deposit.
Truly disheartening experience, take your money elsewhere.

All I've done was opening up their own emails and claiming the codes. Furthermore, I didn't even do anything sketchy regarding the rollover, I wagered the bonus mostly on their own BC slots (the irony)

The only thing that happened is that instead of getting hooked in and depositing myself I was lucky enough to complete the x20 rollover and claimed 22 BCD.

Then I converted those to USDT and KEPT PLAYING, and I was lucky enough to get to 100 USDT. That's when I told myself let's call it a day and withdraw this money. Then I got banned. Guess winning is against T&C at bc.game

Well holydarkness is taking up your case and hopefully it will be resolved soon. However recently there are few too many scam asscuations that you may see here againist BC.Game like BC.Game Account Temporarily Unavailable (~$750 USD) - No response for 6 months!, BC Game Exploited My Gambling Addiction I Demand a Full Refund, Bc.game , how it scammed me by not providing me my deposit , Bc game scammed me again, BC.Game $15,000 SCAM - Displayed Wrong Live Score/Odds on Paolini Tennis Match, (SCAM) BC Game Validate Tickets Wrong - Stole my winnings.

OP, mind to help me go through your deposits and bonus links? You created an account a while ago, made a first depo, and then later got an email of second deposit bonus? And what about the other bonuses? I mean the other three or four, given you mentioned four or five bonuses. I think if I can have an established timeline, it'll be very insightful

I’m interested about this case as I frequently claim a bonus too whenever I made a deposit. I knew I read somewhere post that frequent claim of bonus will make you restricted but do BC can give a specific amount like ratio of deposit to bonus claim in able to avoid this issue.

Honestly, I thought claiming bonus while they are offering it is alright like playing only when there’s exclusive bonus.

Well they knows more better why they have decided to ban you from making withdrawal and guess if they don't sense Ill activities they wouldn't had placed restrictions on you knowing too well that you are free from every accusations.
Of course maybe there could be something wrong and they should try to figure that with you.

Despite a nearly 3 month dispute with BC.Game, I still received 8 emails between July and September offering “no deposit” bonuses from $50 to $250. These were tailored to my account history and promised “100% free, no deposit required.”



In OP’s case, he cleared rollover, requested withdrawal, and BC.Game locked his account for “bonus abuse” under a vague clause giving them final authority. They keep the losing sessions but void the winning ones.

If “bonus abuse” means the bonus was too high compared to deposits, BC.Game knew that before sending the offer. Retroactive punishment is predatory.

Absent any evidence of misconduct in actual gameplay, OP is entitled to payout. Locking an account over 100 USDT after sending targeted promos is not legitimate. It appears these offers function as bait, not real promotions, if BC.Game can unilaterally cancel them.
